Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste for Baking and Cooking, 32 Ounce

I prefer this alcohol-free full flavor vanilla to all other I have tried. My order arrived quickly and well wrapped so the glass bottle did not break. For the quality, it is worth the price! I am ready to bake again.

If you like to bake, and bake well, this is the product for you. I honestly very new to baking and I have heard many reviews about this product and how it will change your baked goods. It has been a game changer with my baking. It just takes my items to the next level. The natural and sweet taste of this is like nothing else. Highly recommend

This is top tier. Worth the money. Makes my cookies heavenly. Made a bunch for my dad’s coworkers and it’s been 2 months… they still are talking about those cookies. Makes all the difference in the world.

Good stuff. I put it on my cereal in the morning. It does not really add a vanilla punch unless injested directly, such as I do. Sweet and tasty.

I bought this primarily to use with my Ninja Creami recipes. What it actually does - I'm not entirely too sure, but people say it elevates the flavor. I add it in just because I like to follow recipes, and it serves me nicely. I can't comment on value because I just bought it because people recommended it lol. I suck at baking so I don't actually know if it's worth it to use when baking - I just know it's good with recipes for the Ninja Creami. It smells delicious, but doesn't taste as good as it smells lol. I did try it by itself (just a little dab) and I wasn't sure what to expect, so maybe it tastes like it's supposed to by itself. Pouring it is pretty simple. I usually add about 4g of it into my Creami prep.

This stuff is really good, super tasty, exactly what you see in recipes, et cetera, but dang, it's so pricey. Four ounces is a little tiny amount. I don't think I recognized how small an amount it would be. Just gosh, I struggled with it. I really like the vanilla flavor though and the texture was really good too.

I'm a baker, I use pure vanilla, imitation vanilla, clear vanilla and this vanilla bean paste... everything has its use and when you want that pure vanilla flavor that you would get from a bean, this is what you want!!! I've ordered this many times and have never had a problem with leaking or breaking, but I've had other things come broken, so that's always a fear with amazon, so make sure you order in plenty of time for when you need it!!! This is the best price I've found this product in the smaller bottle and that's always a good thing!!!

Use this for drinks, cocktails, ice creams, cakes, desserts- can be used on anything. Love the size. Wish the bottle could be a little bigger. Most of my teaspoons were too big to scoop the paste. But still great product

The very best vanilla ever. I always used it when I baked. Now that I’m retired and don’t drive, I was thrilled to find it on line. I keep it in my walker pouch and use it every chance I get. Nothing beats the flavour.

The other day I was baking an almond cake with almond buttercream frosting. This was for a special birthday, so I wanted to use the best quality vanilla-bean paste. All of the (North American) chefs I've ever watched on the Food Network seem to use Nielsen-Massey vanilla products whenever they bake; this appears to be the gold standard. I had a lot of prep to do for this party--including baking the cake/making the frosting! So I bought this via Amazon. The taste didn't disappoint: it's a quality product. However, the price is ridiculous! I paid $42, which is at least 10% higher than ordering it elsewhere online. If you buy this via Amazon, you're paying for the convenience, especially if you have Prime 1-day delivery, as I do. Also, I learned that vanilla-bean paste can replace vanilla extract 1:1 (exactly). So for any baking where you want to really taste the vanilla, buy this. You won't regret it!

The texture is very diluted. Not happy with the purchase.
