Does this have a strong sage aroma? Does it contain sage oil? Or does it smell like witch hazel?

It’s not strong but very smells great. I have parrots and it doesn’t bother them. No sage oil. Smells like sage.

Depends on long you have your diffuser run, depends on your dilution, etc. In the end, it is like anything else when it comes to smells. Figure out what you like because if you ask something like that on here, you will get a whole lot of answers and none of them will be right for you. Remember, 300 soft is linear. Volve of the space is what matters. Take your 300 soft and multiply it by the height of the space. Like I said.....it is all subjective.

how much do you spray for each bedroom, living room, kitchen, dinig room?

I spray about 5 pumps in each corner of my room - 20 pumps = I do have a large bedroom. For me that's just enough. Everyone is different. I want to put this in diffuse. I like it that much!

Who Would Have Thought

I was reluctant to use a spray vs a smudge stick. Ease of use was necessary for me right now. Who would have thought smudging could be this easy? I never considered a spray. I did not rate 5 stars for 2 reasons. #1 - scent smells great but is very short lived. In fact, it wore off within an hour. Maybe that's because the area where it was used really needed to be smudged and it works fast! The area where I used it REALLY needed to be smudged and I noticed an energy difference right away after using this pray. #2 - No instructions! I like the prayer on the side of the box the spray came in however I always want to know if I am smudging right and appreciate useful tips to improve my smudging.
