This stuff is great! I always take these before my workouts and they kick in at the right time and keep me going. They definitely help with soreness because I’ve tried workouts with and without them, same volume and intensity, and I’m less sore when I take them beforehand. I’ve seen some reviews saying the flavor is gross, but to me, it’s a tangy mango peach flavor as it describes. I love that it’s not super sugary, which defeats the purpose of creating a better lifestyle inward and outward. I feel no crash afterwards either. These mix easily with cold water, no clumps, and no need for shaker ball in the cup. I always use 8 oz of water for 1 scoop and it’s the perfect taste for me. If I use 8 oz of water with 1.5 scoops, the tangy, citrus effect increases a little bit. Funny enough, that tangy, citrus effect wakes you up, especially if you’re an early gym goer as I am (5am). Definitely try this out! I love the quality ingredients.

Many hydration support products including those with BCAA/amino acids do not have clean ingredients - they have hidden sugar or sucralose and food coloring. This product has a good flavor, no artificial taste and is made with stevia. I love the flavor and understand that they just came out with a blackberry lemonade which I will try. Love this product and have purchased it multiple times.

The peach mango is so bitter literally can’t drink it. It mix as well, but there’s not enough flavor and it is way too tart. I wanted to update my review because I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded and sent me a new flavor. Excellent customer support would absolutely order from them again.

Flavour was nice and very smooth. Faults were that the electrolyte complex is weak and proprietary with the addition of 2 buzz amino acids L-Arginine and Acetyl L-Carnitine is non-efficacious dosages.

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while because the ingredients are clean, vegan, and sugar-free, and it really does help with recovery and hydration after workouts. However, I’m not a fan of the Peach Mango flavor—it just doesn’t taste good to me. I honestly wish they would bring back the Fruit Punch flavor, which was so much better and made drinking this supplement enjoyable. The product itself still works well and mixes easily, so if flavor isn’t a big deal for you, it’s worth trying. But personally, I’ll be holding out in hopes they bring back the Fruit Punch option.

People’s tastes vary, so I was apprehensive about this peach-mango flavor after reading some reviews which said the taste was awful. I thought it was the best tasting BCAA product I’ve ever tried. They are all too sweet because they have to mask some really unpleasant tastes. And, I mix one scoop in about 20 ounces of water so the taste isn’t as strong. Having said that, I thought this peach mango (tastes more like mango to me) was really good. The ingredients are good quality and I will definitely repurchase this. Edit: After taking this for over a year, I have grown to enjoy the taste even more! I now use two scoops in about 20 ounces of water. This a great BCAA product!

These BCAAS taste SO GOOD. I look forward to drinking them every day. Also, can we get a round of applause for creator of these super clean, super tasty supplements? With all of the additives and fake sugars in nearly everything these days, it is truly a breath of fresh air to drink something so clean.

This really upsets my stomach. It gave me gastritis and I think I’ve gained weight on it, and not muscle weight but like overall weight and it has made me eat a lot more than usual. I tried to return it but it’s not allowed. I also think it is overly sweet, like sickly but that is my bad. I didn’t know it contains stevia, thought it just contained less sugar but stevia also causes upset stomach for me.
