Not compatable with my Wdw 7.

I bought this product based on the fact that I am using Windows 7. Unfortunately it will not allow me to use the software. It tells me that my software has updates that no longer qualify it to used on your laptop. This needs to be mentioned to people. If there is anyway you can correct this problem so I can use it I would appreciate. I enjoyed using it on my older computer which had Windows Vista but it's gone to computer heaven now and this is frustrating.
