A Great Squid Ink Pasta
Great flavor and texture. Expensive, but no more expensive than buying it locally.

The best
This product is the best Squid ink pasta product I have tried. The flavor is wonderful and unlike many other ink pastas, It cooks perfectly to al dente and never becomes prematurely mushy.

The best pasta noodle
Pasta coming from Italy is so much better than usual stuff and this one is quite good. I really would like to be able to purchase at Whole Foods or any other grocer but cannot find the squid ink anywhere but Amazon.

Authentic and delicious!
My husband is originally from Abruzzi, and it is hard to find squid ink pasta in our area. We were so excited to see this offered on Amazon and gave it a try. Now we order it regularly. At almost 18 oz, we can get three dinners for two out of one package. Delicious -- we top it with a sauce made with squid, tomatoes, garlic, and hot pepper. We highly recommend.

8 minutes to perfection!
I bought these noodles last year. And forgot about them in the pantry and when I was going through the pantry today, I noticed that I’ve never opened them, so for a quick meal I boiled the noodles for eight minutes and train them, added diced garlic, olive oil, lemon and crushed chili peppers and heirloom tomatoes. It was such a fantastic meal that I thought it would be too spicy for my toddler and he took over my meal.

Fun and Tasty!
I bought this for a Halloween party, it was delivered in a timely fashion and packaged well. Super fun to have black noodles for the kids, but as I'm eating leftovers today for lunch I have to say it's quite tasty! I was a little afraid it would have a "fishy" flavor, but I really couldn't tell the difference between this and regular spaghetti. I would say it has a nice flavor and texture though - would highly recommend!

Super delicious pasta
Made this pasta with cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic and largest Costco shrimp with generous amount of lemon. Fabulous dish. Highly recommend this product.
