Not one of these seeds grew

Very disappointed
Purchased for my wife. She tried every way to get the seeds to germinate and nothing happened. Cold stratification, directly in soil, paper towel method, indoor starter soil, outdoor in direct sun and partial shade. And nothing. After a year still nothing and started over several times. Very disappointed
