At first I was skeptical, but they actually work.

Bought after the COVID-19 stay at home message. Because I go to the gym everyday. The product after the first few uses is excellent and looks very durable and well made. It’s not quite the gym and it takes a while to get used to but...when you find those good exercises you get a good workout.- High quality ribbons with rings at the end that connect with handles for various applications.- You can use one tape, or double and use two or more.- I liked that it includes ankle straps, door straps and handles that are convenient and easy to assemble.- The bands are of perfect quality and are highly recommended for daily exercises.
