This is a great item, it works well just follow the direction, the size is very portable with no side effects, very gentle on the system, I don’t leave home without it, always in my purse just incase.

The back of each pill peels off very easily so you can take how many ever you need quickly and easily. The pills are small and oval and really smooth. They do not taste or smell like anything making them supremely easy to swallow either one or two. They are easily broken in half for smaller doses. I never experienced any adverse side effects or stomach cramping so I would say they are very gentle on your system. I will definitely be getting these again (before I run out) and again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Antidiarrheal that can be relied upon.
