I just started this this week and could tell a difference after just one dose. It is helping control my nighttime histamine dumps. I’m not waking up nauseas and sick, and have been sleeping better overall. Plus my body is tolerating it better than any other probiotic that I have tried. I’ve been trying to eat a low histamine diet, but cheated last night with no regrets. Yay!! I didn’t give it 5 stars only because Its still new to me and I want to give it more time, but for now, so far so good.

Probiotics are individual and a total crapshoot (no pun intended), so your mileage may vary. This supplement happens to be my unicorn at the moment. I started taking it after I had been having some issues with histamine intolerance (mainly with insect bites) not long after a course of antibiotics. I thought the fermented foods and probiotic supplement I was taking to cope with the digestive slowdown after antibiotics might possibly be exacerbating the hives. I’m unsure about whether or how this probiotic supplement impacts my histamine intolerance... it subsided shortly after I started taking them and hasn’t been back, but the issue always comes and goes with me, and we are out of bug season now. I will definitely continue to take these because they’re phenomenal for my gut. It’s a little hard to know how big of a role they play because I’ve also cut gluten and dramatically reduced dairy, but I’m much less bloated (by which I mean both slow digestion and water retention) now and I do think they deserve some of the credit. I now take one pill a day, unless... um... there’s a traffic slowdown, then I take two for a few days and it all gets back on track. These were out of stock briefly after i finished my first bottle and I tried something I thought looked similar. That was a disaster! I don’t know if it was product quality or Specific strains (that one had acidophilus), but I gained 2 pounds of water weight in 3 days and I was constantly running to the rest room.

From my histamine intolerance this probotics works well. I have no reaction to it, like I did with other probiotics. It doesn't stop the reaction but I find it helps lessen the amount of reactions for me. I know everyone's histamine intolerance is a little different.

I have MCAS and IBS-C. I learned that regular probiotics can actually make people with MCAS worse, so I decided to try HistaminX's probiotic, but there was no improvement in my symptoms. As my hail mary, I switched to VitaMonk's Low Histamine Probiotics, and I was pleasantly surprised that it seemed to alleviate my constipation, nausea, and stomachaches quite a bit. I also started having less bloating, although not as much of an improvement there. If you have MCAS, it's definitely worth giving a try!

Be careful with this product if you have MCAS or histamine intolerance that leads to anaphylactic symptoms like cardiovascular/neurological like me. This product claims in "parentheses" paragraph within normal range. Well let me tell you if my microbiome was within normal range I wouldn't be taking any supplement!!!! I took one tablet and had a violent reaction to it. Doesn't work. I personally don't believe any probiotic will work because I don't care what they say they're all fermented, Fermentation does not work with histamine intolerance that is severe nature and affect your breathing. Also be cautious a lot are made with milk products I have a milk allergy as well! Remember lactobacillus is What's in kefir's etc... Which just too short years ago Kefir saved my life after CDiff. But right out of the blue this year came extreme histamine intolerance that hospitalized me five times before we figured it out, I should say I. maybe good for people with basic allergies like itchy skin, watery eyes and stuffy nose. I only tried one tablet but I won't do another one it was a long miserable night.

RANGING FROM EATING HIGH HISTAMINE FOOD WHICH GIVE ITCHY RASHES, HIVES, HEADACHES AND BLOATING STOMACH EATING WRONG FOOD, ALLEGIC TO PRAWNS AND OTHER SEAFOOD....EVEN THOSE WHO SUFFERED FROM EXCEMA .....ALL THOSE PEOPLE SUFFERED USUALLY HAVE VERY HIGH HISTAMINE LEVEL IN THEIR BODY ❗️❗️❗️ YOU NEED TO LOWER HISTAMINE IN YOUR BODY AND EAT LOW HISTAMINE DIET TO BE RESTORE FULLY BACK TO HEALTHY BODY ❗️❗️❗️ THE ONLY DISADVANTAGE OF THIS EXCELLENT PRODUCT IS VERY HIGH COST PRICE DUE TO INFLATION ❗️❗️❗️❗️ THIS IS VERY POOR EXCUSE INCREASING COST PRICE DUE TO INFLATION ❓️❓️❓️ INCREASING TO MORE THAN 25 DOLLARS MORE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ❗️❗️❗️ CONSUMERS ARE NOT TO BE VICTIMISED BY HIGH COST INFLATION MARK UP BY SELLERS AND MANUFACTURER ❗️❗️❗️ THEY JUST MOVE ON TO OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS ....CHEAPER AND MORE REASONABLE ......👍👍👍👍

Worked well within a day of reducing symptoms. However if miss a dose the symptoms do return. Hoping the long term use will reduce histamine levels permanently.

My daughter is going through topical steroid withdrawal and I was looking for something that can help with her gut. Normal probiotics have strains that are no good for people with her condition.. I read about this in a support group and bought it. It’s a long way to arrive in Singapore but she has been taking it for about 2 weeks. So far so good. No adverse reaction (touch wood) and so I hope it helps with managing her gut better .
