These UV LED lights worked great for my 3D printed project. They were easy to use since they came pre-wired, and the 12V setup made installation simple. The lights are bright, clean, and give off a nice ultraviolet glow that worked perfectly for the effect I was going for. For the price, you get a good amount of LEDs, and they seem to be good quality. Overall, this was a great buy and I would definitely use them again for future 3D printing projects.

I use these EDGELEC 12V 3 mm UV LEDs to cure inside my resin models, and the built-in resistor makes everything so much simpler (no extra wiring hassle). They’re small but bright enough for hobby work and do exactly what I need. Definitely a good pick if you’re doing resin printing and want something reliable and plug-and-play. I SO wish the resistor on all their LEDs were a little bit farther back so I could bend the wire before the diode. I'm trying to put them in a 3d print with uv reactive paint but the resistor is too close to the diode to work. I'll have to dig out a channel instead of just drilling a hole. I've only tried these with a 9volt battery. If I get the print working I'll wire in a 12v connector in is base. Would recommend.

I got these UV LEDs for curing 3D resin prints, they work perfect for that job. They are small enough to easily fit inside most drain hole in the print. They are also powerful enough to cure resin in about 10 seconds. The leads are pre-tinned and the resistor is pre-installed. I highly recommend these for anyone working with 3D resin prints. Get yourself a 12v 2A power supply off Amazon with the screw on connector and you don't even need to do any soldering.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Perfect for resin printing. Cures resin fast, I use it to make sure the inside of hollow models are fully cured.

Great lights. If you need to increase the wire size find the size that works for final connection. Ex: Arduino board. Then solder that larger wire and the smaller wire together. Cover with heat shrink tubing.

these are purple lights not uv, they produce zero fluorescence on uv reactive paint

Was referred to this product through a youtube video as a nifty way to cure the inside of hollow prints.... Didn't seem to be working even though the lights shown bright... Tested it on a drop of UV resin for 4 minutes, never helped cure the resin
