Do you get the face cover plate with these gfci outlets? As well as the necessary screws?

No they do not come with the face plates and screws, I needed it to replaced one that went bad, so had them already.

Nothing on packaging indicates decora. Decora website shows white test & reset buttons. I would say not decora.
