Worth It
I'm using this to dust my pizza crust. Another tiny improvement, but it all adds up, and your pizza gets better and better. This medium grind is perfect for what I'm doing. I'll buy Bob's Red Mill again, though it seems like this bag is going to last me a long time.

The best cornmeal for cornbread!
We love using this brand of coarse ground cornmeal for homemade cornbread. It tastes so good and has the BEST texture. It takes a little longer to make as you need to soak the cornmeal for a while, but it is completely worth it! I know that those Jiffy Cornbread mixes are good, but if you really want to make a special cornbread, splurge on this.
