Very disappointed upon arrival of the first set of 1500 ladybugs. Unfortunately the majority of the ladybugs were dead upon opening the bag. I was able to write to the company and within 24 hours had a response, expressed their sincere apologies and expressed wanting to mail out a new order on their next ship date. I received the second order and it exceeded my expectations this round. The company was extremely friendly and helpful. The ladybugs were much healthier this round and almost all alive. Obviously some did not make it, but nothing compared to the first order. SUPER HAPPY and so are the ladybugs in their new environment. Would highly recommend using this company and I will be ordering more next year!

Great Company to work with. We wanted a natural way to control aphids in a mini orchard. Not as easy as I thought it would be to get them in the trees but by the second tree we got a system and it went easy. Hope these ladybugs want to stay and live at our house and eat lots of aphids.

I had to leave them in the refrigerator a few days because of the wind issues in my area. Quite a few seemed to have died about half or more I would say. I sprayed with the good bug diet to try and save the poor little guys. *UPDATE* All but a few survived, so sad ☹️ obviously that’s not the sellers or the fault of the product. The shipping box clearly says not to leave in the mailbox but unfortunately the mail person did not listen. I will have to get another bag in May. Hopefully I will have better results.

When I first ordered these, I received dead bugs. This company has no control once the post office has the ladybugs. Even though there was a big bright sticker that stated LIVE BUGS and specific instructions to not leave in a mailbox, the mail man left them in our mail box. ***I emailed Clark & Co and got an immediate response and they immediately sent a replacement by UPS 2nd Day air. ****I received ALL live bugs with the 2nd shipment and am very, very happy with how this company handled a problem. I always wait to leave a review until after a company has had time to fix a problem. I would highly recommend this company for buying ladybugs.

We waited until dusk to release them. We watered down the tree first so the ladybugs could hydrate from the long journey. I was happy to see them spilling out of their pouch and onto the tree. The next morning, about 1/3 of the ladybugs were still in the pouch. Looking further I could see they were dead. I opened the pouch fully to see for certain and they all spilled out onto the ground. I've included a picture of them dead in the pouch and on the ground. I could understand a few dead, but 1/3 seems like a lot. I'm sure I'll need more later as it is a big tree and it is a big spider mite infestation. Not sure I would buy this product again.

These were ferocious ladies., cleaned up my afids really fast. Thank you!
