8ft, very good length and great iron, love it!

Does it have an anti calc feature?

No but it recommends using distilled water. I use cooled boiled which seems to be working.

Can you use the steam function at medium temperatures or is it just on at high/max?

Hi, no, the steam function on steam irons is for the hot settings only. The few times I tried it for cooler clothes it just put water everywhere, not very handy if you live in hard water areas as that tends to splash bits of white limescale on the clothes too! Hope this helps.
