Where has this noodle been all my life ???
This clear noodles are the best I’ve ever have had. Easy to cook with and 100% protein made of Mung beans so very healthy. It is great as spaghetti or in soup. Stir fry is also great with this noodle. Comes individually wrapped so it makes it so convenient to use. Love !! Love this noodle !!!!!!

Love these
I love these ! They are just the perfect amount in the packet and tastes great when seasoned right. Cooks in minutes and you can't over cook it. It doesn't really expand like pasta. It feels like really tiny spaghetti in your mouth angel hair except not really chewy texture wise. There isn't any hassle, you could put it to soak in hot water or boil it's just so quick and easy.

The noodles are tough and can be used for cooking, boiling, stir-frying, and spicy salads. The price is reasonable. The package is a size that can be used each time. It is very difficult to find this brand and it is not available in general markets. I have been using it since I was in Thailand. The product is very good quality. Thank you.

Non starchy noodles.
They are great in stir-fry. I actually eat them in tomato soup also because they aren't starchy. I had to drive an hour to get them from the Asian market. Now I can get them here.

Replace your rice and rice noodles!
Replaced my rice noodles with these and will NEVER look back! These are a game changer. The perfect portion size in individual packaging. 140 calories for a very good amount of more than 1 cup cooked. I've been making delicious noodle soups and stir fries and saving hundreds of calories during my diet. So filling compared a 1/2 cup of cooked rice (measure that out and prepare to be shocked). Follow the instructions online to avoid over cooking. The writing is in Thai but they have English on their web page.

Vermicelli vs Glass Noodles
These are not the clear glass noodles I was looking for. They are still white and opaque after soaking in hot water. They are not bad, just not what I was looking for. I think they should be advertised as vermicelli.
