Can these lights be cut and reattached (as in what a 90 degree angle would require)?

Hi， thanks for your question. Yes the lights can be cut to the appropriate length is you want, but it can not be reattached as now there's no connectors in the package, we will put them in package in the near future.

How many rolls does the 200ft set contain?

It’s contents was two rolls. Each roll was approximately 100ft. They were also able to be connected. I have had them 2 years, they are still going strong!
