Brought the recon to replace a suntour mcx fork on my e bike. Suntour mcx fork was heavy and not good at all on my gaint talon 2. I can say the rockshox recon fork ride quality is much more cushion and more plush then my old sun tours fork. The recon eat up bumps and rocks like it noting. I mainly use my e bike for communting to work and very rarely take it on bike trails. I look forward to going to work now because i get to ride this bike.Very happy with this purchase but make sure to find out what the size of your top and bottom headset are. It can get a little confusing installing the fork.

Replaced OEM spring/elastomer/oil damping fork(unbranded Suntour) with this Rockshox. The air spring is the way to go IMHO. Fit and finish is spot on and its several grams lighter so it is much more responsive than OEM. I also added a Suntour NCX suspension post to my bike. Now the ride is plush and controllable over the rough stuff.

Much lighter a more adjustable than the stock Sun Tour on my son's Coop DRT 1.1, much smoother, lighter and more adjustable. Very good upgrade so far. Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Easy to install as long as you have the knowledge.

Very good front shock for Cross country. Very plush. I'm 100% cross country so it does well for me.

This fork is a vast improvement over the Suntour XCT that came stock on my Son’s GT Aggressor Pro! After dialing in the air pressure and adjusting the rebound, the bike soaks up bumps and provides a much more planted and controllable feel on the single track trails here in Virginia. As an added bonus, the bike dropped a few pounds in the process! As an added note, you will need to order a new crown race to install on the RockShox fork, as it does not come with one.

I have a Diamondback hard tail and this fork was the perfect upgrade for the type of riding that I do. I typically ride on paved bike paths and then go onto some light trail riding. The fork is super smooth and absorbs all the bumps making for a comfortable ride.

They blow away any budget suspension I've found at the price point and the shipping was much faster than I expected. So if you're thinking of the "other budget suspension fork" I would reconsider and save for these. Thanks for getting them to me fast.

Works good, rebound adjuster is weak, and the lockout feels cheap, but not a bad fork overall. Much lighter than the stock suntour that came with this bike.

La verdad, por el precio y lo que es, a mi parecer esta bien, me funciona mucho mejor que una Zoom que traía (ya se que es chafa) por eso este salto tan importante, todo muy bien, casi no pesa, lo Unico que no me gusto es la pieza de plastico con la que regulas el tiempo de rebote, pero fuera de eso, esta excelente!, les dejo una foto donde se ve mi bici y mi gato. ;).
