Not to sound dramatic, but these motorized shades are revolutionary. We bought the white jacquard color shades. They block light and provide adequate privacy for our everyday needs. In the daytime, they do give off a beautiful light filtering effect while still providing adequate privacy (you cannot see through them). We purchased 5 shades so far as a trial, and plan to order more to fill in the rest of our windows. They are heavy duty and great quality. The only issue I had in the beginning was pairing them with the remote. The instructions were thorough for mounting, but as for the remote pairing I had to YouTube their company and figure it out that way. Important note: as you get ready to pair the remote, keep in mind there is a *small yellow insert piece that needs to be first removed* from the charging port of the shades (found on the lateral side) in order to properly pair the two. Then, follow the detailed instructions from their YouTube video. I followed the instructions to pair with the black triangular remote. If you’re over the fence about investing in these blinds, I say just go for it because you won’t be disappointed. It’s efficient, user friendly, and cost effective. We chose these over getting shutters for our new home because of the obvious difference in price points. And we could not be any happier!!!

Great product, fast delivery, awesome smart features, great price. Received in 10 days, make sure to measure correctly. I ordered with BLE motor and remote. Needed custom blinds for 3 panel door, local companies were quoting $6k for 3 motorized blinds. I spent $1k on Amazon with Graywinds, also it comes with rechargeable batteries, so completes clean look. Very happy with features and service. You can also sync multiple blinds together, inside mount took only 20 min, and another 5 min to sync remote

WOW! What an amazing product, and an even BETTER customer support staff! I ordered these automatic blinds for my bedroom. I had been looking for some blinds that I could easily set on a timer to raise and lower each day automatically as I got up in the morning or went to bed. After extensive searching, I decided to try these Graywind motorized blinds. Shipping time was quick and when they arrived I was immediately very happy with the product. The color and opacity were EXACLTY as they were shown here on Amazon, the housings felt sturdy and the material felt good. Installation was quick and easy, and after testing, the length of the blinds was PERFECT. They extended exactly as far as I had submitted when purchasing, making them extend the perfect length of my window. After using them for several months, I ran into a minor issue with the automatic timing feature of the blinds. I reached out to customer support and I was absolutely blown away with how friendly and helpful the team was. They resolved my questions and concerns immediately, and even went above and beyond to fix my situation. It has been a long time since I have had such an overwhelmingly positive experience with a company's support team. Thank you to customer support staff Ray and the whole team over there. I had initially only purchased the blinds for my bedroom, but I plan to purchase blinds for the remainder of my rooms from Graywind late this year.

Product is great, the remote programmer is a sadist. I hope these instructions help you pair your remote with your blind and set the upper and lower limits. The three buttons that establish the mode (resetting, pairing, setting limits) are 1) program (button on blind); 2) set (next to battery); 3) up (up arrow on front of remote. First and foremost: ensure the blind is fully charged. Otherwise it will beep, but the motor won't jog, and you'll wonder why it isn't working. When pressing the program button, ignore times in the instructions such as 'hold for 16 seconds.' Rather count how many times the blinds 'jog' and release the button after the desired number of jogs. 1-jog: pair with remote; 3-jog: toggle direction (do this if pressing the up arrow makes the shade go down); 4-jog: reset the blind (clear all settings). I suggest starting with resetting. Just hold down the program button until it jogs four times and release. It will beep 4 times to confirm. If your blind spins such that the fabric is between the wall and the blind's axis, then you will probably have to change the direction like I did. I wanted to pair first to see what direction it moved, but I just couldn't properly set the limits that way. I only had success when I changed the direction before pairing. No worrries if you get it wrong: just reset and start over. To change direction, hold program until it jogs 3 times. It will beep 3 times to confirm. If your blind spins such that the fabric is away from the wall and blind's axis, you likely don't need to change the direction. Pair your remote to the blind: Hold program button until it jogs once, then release. It will beep once. Press set. Blind will beep once. Press set again. Blind will beep once. Press up. blind will beep 6 times to confirm. You are paired. Set the upper/lower limits: To enter this mode, press set, then up, then set. After each button press, blind will jog once and beep once- actually, after the second 'set' it will beep 4 times to confirm you are ready to set the limits. Each time, wait for it to finish jogging/beeping. Now you finally get to set the limits. Simply use the up/down/stop buttons to place the blinds at the desired upper limit. Once it is there and is stopped, hold down the stop button until it beeps 4 times to confirm the limit. The do the same to set the lower limit. That will get you set up. It was agonizing figuring this out from their video and their instructions, even though there are no errors in their instructions, just confusion. I hope this helps. Good luck.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but for this product, I wanted to make an exception. We purchased two 6-foot Graywind shades to cover the span of our four-panel sliding glass door. Each shad is approximately 6-feet wide and 8-feet long. I’ll admit that despite the great value, I was very reluctant to order a custom fitted product online, but in the end, I could not be more pleased. I followed the ordering process explicitly and Graywind even contacted me by email to confirm one of the measurements. I am glad they did, because I did not allow enough space for mounting the shade above the frame around the window. Once we finalized the measurements, Graywind emailed me the final specifications for my approval. The production and shipping time was fairly quick given they are coming from overseas. I believe our order took about 2 weeks to be custom built and delivered from the date we finalized the measurements. The product received was packed very well and the fit matched my measurements exactly. Installation was very easy and the instructions provided were fairly clear. I also watched the installation videos on the Amazon page for the product. I will note we installed our shades into a solid wood header above the window, so we did not use the anchors provided and also replaced with screws with something a bit heavier. Programming was also pretty easy. Since I did not have the recommended generation of Alexa devices, I added the shades to my Smarthings Hub, and then they were automatically added to Alexa. It’s nice to simply ask Alexa to open or close the shades or just open them a percentage (e.g. 50%). Again, I am very pleased with the product. They look great and function perfectly.

I just received and installed the shade yesterday so there will be updates to follow. But first impression is great. It seems very well built and the design is outstanding. It took about 15 minutes to install it by myself and have it working. Mine is 72" squared so it was a little challenging to get it locked into the brackets but not too bad. The two things that I will update later is how long it continues to work and how easy/difficult it is to program the remote for multiple windows. UPDATE: I have had the shade installed for a couple of weeks and have adjusted them to stop where I want them to and added a 2nd remote. I have worked with customer service on several technical questions and have had great response from them. I am still impressed and am ordering more shades. Probably more updates to follow.

I am not easily impressed however I am so pleased with this product that I’m compelled to comment. The shades are as described and perhaps better! The installation was a breeze with the well written instructions and best of all the remote control was already programmed . We had the shades up and running in about 20 minutes. Lastly I would like to mention the great customer service.After placing the order I realized I measured incorrectly,customer service pulled the order as it was getting ready to ship they promptly issued a refund and then I reordered correctly. This experience was a dream!!!
