Works well in tight spaces. Like that there are a few different settings so the hand rake can be narrower or wider. Seems very sturdy and the rake tines do not bend out of shape.Highly recommend this product

I had a rake similar to this and used it for many years, mostly for thatching small areas of grass. I bought this to replace my old one. The tines are stong and sturdy and get the job done. I love the ability to adjust the width.

Absolutely love this rake! I work as a landscaper/garden maintenance person and this rake is way better than any other handrake I've ever used (and I've used them all!) Small enough to stick in a back pocket and whip out to clean out shrubs or expand it to use as a 'big hand" to pick up debree quickly, or make it narrow to reach into shrubs to clean out old leaves and debree.Added bonus is that the handle is red for quick location in keeping track of tools. Just love this tool!

I was looking for a decent, small, hand-held steel rake to be able to use to break up hard dirt surface. While this is very lightweight, it will be unable to do the job as it is very flimsy. It is probably very good for sifting thru a garden or something where the ground isnt so hard.

For close up tight work this fits the bill. I mostly use it in the veggie beds. After weeding between the plants I do a final debris collection with this, then turn the tool over and even out the soft soil with the rake 'knuckles'. Another duty it serves well is lightly scratching fertilizer into the soil of potted plants at feeding time.This is a thin wire rake. It is not a hoe, nor a weeder. Get the proper heavier tools for those jobs. At doing what it is built to do, it is fantastic.

I do a lot of hand raking, particularly in my flower beds, and sometimes I have narrow spaces to work with. This adjustable rake gives me the flexibility I need. I wish the tines were shaped a little differently at the end, but I'm glad I bought the product.
