Great product, great price and saved me from having to drink hard water from the tap to where I have moved now.

I’ve been using the Santevia Glass Water System for just over a week now, and I’m really impressed. My tap water had started tasting pretty bad, but this system has completely solved that issue. It was super easy to set up, looks great on the counter, and most importantly, the water tastes amazing. Having fresh alkaline mineral water at home without any hassle feels like such a game changer. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who wants better-tasting, healthier water at home.

This jug is doing great despite mixed customer reviews. I bought it after extensive research with Chatgbt. And found other companies including Britta are not floride filtration certified. The jug didn't come with the floride filter though as I thought I was buying, and initial filter was damaged due to shipping. The customer service team have been outstanding and replaced the filters FOC twice to ensure I had the correct filter after I noticed the box didn't specify the system didn't say it specifically filter floride. I now have the floride filter which filters 99% floride. I'm really happy with my purchase and that it adds mineral back in. A much better buy than other jugs that don't add minerals oin and are not floride certified.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Unfortunately, the Santevia water system I received appears to be faulty, which made assembly extremely difficult. The lid arrived broken, and the legs cannot be properly assembled together, making the unit unusable. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality control and durability. I have contacted Santevia customer service and will update this review once I receive a response. However, at this stage, I feel it’s fair to leave a negative review given the amount of money spent and the poor condition of the product upon arrival. To make matters worse, I still cannot use the system at all, which defeats the purpose of replacing my previous 7year old water jug. That model is now discontinued, and I can no longer find compatible filters for it, leaving me without a usable option. As a result, I’ve had to resort to buying bottled water, which is both inconvenient and an added expense.

Why did you choose this product over others?: The filter itself is similar to those of other brands. I have to admit I don’t notice a big difference in the taste of the water, although at least it doesn’t have that straight-from-the-tap taste anymore. I did test the pH, and it had increased slightly, so it does seem to do its job. The only downside is that if I don’t wash the jug regularly, I notice algae starting to grow at the bottom, which is a bit off-putting.
