Is this product cream or white?

The white version being sold as at July 2023 is definitely a cream. Mine arrived today and I wouldn't call it white, but based on the pictures, I got the colour I wanted and it matches the interior intended for in my case.

what are the measurements exactly, length ways including the metal bars on either side

From the top of the handlebars to the wheels on the bottom it is 29 inches exactly. The widest shelf at the bottom is 17 inches if that helps aswell. Very easy and super quick to put together, sturdy will take a lot of weight as mine are loaded with books.
