Washes up very nice, good elastic quality. It does seem to run larger. If you want it to hug you tighter to fit. Then go for the next down. Otherwise keeps shape. Helps with the lower back. Perfect thickness

This does not get hot like a heating pad. What it does is hold in your natural body heat around your waist and hips. While it seems like it helps a little, I wasn't really impressed. I had noticed I've been waking up feeling better than I have for a long time, just a welcome feeling of wellness. I didn't realize how much this item contributed to that feeling. UNTIL, I went one night without wearing it. That morning, I woke up feeling groggy, with a lot of pain and barely able to move. That feeling of wellness was nowhere to be found. I put it back on and within a couple of hours, began feeling better. It's a very subtle help with gradual improvement, so almost undetectable... Until you go without and compare how you feel. I'm going to be purchasing another one so I can have one to wear while I wash the other one. I'm older, 67, with an old back injury and lots of osteo arthritis in my spine, especially in my lower back. If you have similar issues, it may help you a lot and the price is quite reasonable.

I got my husband the XL because he is a tall, muscular man. But he says it stretches too much, and wants a medium. He had a laminectomy and needs the extra support as well as keeping his back warm.

I bought this hoping to use it for abdominal compression for POTS—but to be clear, this has no compression at all. It’s extremely stretchy and doesn’t provide any real support. That may be fine if you just want a light wrap, but if you need actual compression, this isn’t it. I also didn’t notice much warmth. I wore it to a cold outdoor soccer game and it didn’t make a difference, especially with any wind. At best, it might work for very mild warmth indoors. Sizing-wise, I followed the chart and it technically fit, but the material is so stretchy it could probably fit a wide range of sizes. Because of that, it doesn’t feel secure or supportive. The material was another big issue—it’s scratchy and itchy. I couldn’t comfortably wear it directly on skin and would only use it over a shirt. It also bunches up while wearing it, which makes it even more uncomfortable. You can still see the lines from where it bunched in the photos I took after removing it. On top of that, I noticed loose threads right out of the package, which doesn’t give me confidence in long-term durability. Overall, this didn’t work for what I needed and I ended up returning it. If you’re expecting compression, noticeable warmth, or all-day comfort, this will likely be disappointing.

The product does help keep my kidneys warm and its construction is good. However, I looked for, paid for, wool and got polyester! When this product says its wool but is NOT, that is a major problem!

This is so warm and cozy. I really like it. It's a little too bit. And because of that, it doesn't stay put as well as I'd like. But it's very warm and comfortable.

Acquistata per mia moglie che per lavoro nel ristorante risentiva alla schiena degli sbalzi di temperature facendo dentro e fuori dalle celle frigorifere. Sembra abbia risolto tutti i suoi problemi anche se dalla descrizione me l'aspettavo un po' più pesante. Insomma fa quello che deve fare

Ich benutze den DELUXE Angora & Merino Gürtel nun seit über 3 Jahren und bin immer noch sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität ist hervorragend und das Material fühlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an. Gerade im kalten Winter hält der Gürtel den Bauch- und Nierenbereich sowie die empfindlichen Körperzonen angenehm warm. Man merkt sofort den Unterschied, besonders an sehr kalten Tagen. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und auch nach mehreren Jahren Nutzung ist die Qualität unverändert geblieben. Ich kann diesen Gürtel absolut weiterempfehlen – ideal für die kalte Jahreszeit!

Product package does not say Angora&Merino BUT it does job perfectly, does not itch, keeps my lower back warm and dry. It helped to heel my lower back pain in 1 week.
