Love this Compact little tool that has a handy box for storage. Variety of heads for different areas of the face and body, which I had used and found useful. I have suffered from adult acne and found that this really helped when managing that.

Perfect dermarolling kit
This just arrived today and its brilliant. The little case is great to keep everything together and clean, the heads are easy to interchange and it's quite a pretty set. A previous review said the handle was cheap, there's nothing wrong with it as far as i can tell, feels pretty sturdy and you dont want to spend too much money on it when you have to replace them every 3 months anyway. The needles are different lengths as they advertised, it comes with an informative leaflet for use and im extremely happy with it. Well worth the money.

I'm sure some might find it effective but it brought up blood vessels on my face so I wouldn't use again. The quality seemed perfectly good.
