Will this hold a Walther P22?

This is specifically designed and made for the PPK 380, he may have other models; I am not sure.

Will this hold a Makarov .380

I'm unaware of any .380 variants of the Makarov, but it does fit my Bulgarian Military variant chambered in the proprietary "9×18 Makarov" round. However, it will take a good bit of stretching & working to be able to get the snap closed & make drawing easier.
