Is the inside of the pan base rounded or flat? (I know that the outside is flat)

No, on the cooking surface, there is a flat three-inch disk. Thus, the interior is not completely parabolic. I don't know why Lodge made the mini wok this way. The larger Lodge woks (14-inch and 12 inch) have perfectly parabolic interiors and cooking surfaces. Still, I enjoy cooking in this mini wok.

does it come with a lid?

answer is no, but a GL10 glass lid from 10" skillet does fit perfectly.

Has anyone used this wok to make ghee?

If you have an instant pot, that’s the best thing to make ghee in. Lots of video tutorials on YouTube.
