I've used Encona for many years but this is the first time I've tried the Carolina Reaper. It's sublime, hot as .... but unlike some hot sauces that are all heat and no flavour this has both heat and plenty of flavour.

Best tasting Chilli sauce, not vinegar or garlic laden like the other Encona hot sauces....other brands are even worse However unlike the other so-called 'hot' sauces their Carolina Reaper sauce is the real deal...the go-to must have if you are a superspice fan

Flavour!
Delicious. One of the best I've tasted. However, it's not hot. Carolina Reaper sauces I've tasted before have hurt. Doesn't detract from the flavour though.

The best hot sauce ever
This is without doubt the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted. It has a beautiful smoky flavour behind the incredible heat. I will b buying more 100%. My new go to hot sauce. I put it in chilli con carne and it was amazing

Disappointing
Well I expected this to be super hot. But it tasted more of vinegar than the chillie. Looking at the ingredients it only contains 5% carolina reaper which is imensly disapointing. I bought this sauce because it was value for money and I like this brand's original sauce which is made with 65% scotch bonnet and habenero peppers, is quite hot, and only costs £1.50. And is easily available at most supermarkets. If you want vinegar on your chips then by all means get this otherwise I go for a different brand.
