Primo Bottom-Loading Self-Sanitizing Water Dispenser, 3 Temp (Hot-Cool-Cold) Water Cooler Water Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottle w/Child Safety Lock, Black and Stainless Steel

I've had this for just about 6 months now and I can safely say that I'm satisfied with this product. Maybe for the first 2 or 3 weeks I had the water leaking issues some of the users were talking about. It didn't really bother me than, now it's completely gone so that's a plus. I love the light that's placed near the water spout, I don't need to turn on my kitchen light to get water. The hot water is very hot, perfect for a cup of coco, or herbal tea. Other than that it does exactly what I want it to and hasn't given me a single issue. Pros: Has built in light, hot water, easy set up, does exactly what I need. Cons: These are minor gripes and actually don't bother me, but I figure I would let other users know. The buttons do feel low budget, doesn't bother me. Leaky spout for the first few weeks, didn't bother me. Cold water isn't super cold, but still cold enough in my opinion. I guess there is another model that provides extremely cold water if you're into that. Conclusion: I took the risk because it was slightly cheaper than another model I was comparing it to. I've been nothing but happy with this product. I know there are more expensive models that might do some things better, but I don't feel I need to spend extra money for minor gripes. Everybody in the house thinks it was a smart purchase.

Very happy with this purchase after using it for several months. We used to have a top-loading water dispenser, but it was difficult for kids to change the water bottle. This one worked perfectly right out of the box. It's nice looking and easy to use. Anyone can change the water bottles. I read some reviews talking about the noise, but it is minimal. The pump hums when dispensing water, but that's the only noise. Water dispenses about 75% as fast as a top-loading dispenser, but it's not a big deal. It's plenty fast. Cold water is cold and hot water is hot. It leaves about 8 oz of water in each bottle because the intake hose cannot quite empty it. I just pour it into the dog bowl when I change the bottle, not a big deal.

Ordered for vacation house and a month or so it has been as advertised - great! Very nice look, does not take up a ton of space, multiple options for cold, hot or room temp water, plenty of room underneath tap for a standard water bottle, night light (you can turn on/off) is very handy, and a there is even a little float in the overflow tray that pops up when you need to empty it from spilled water (very cool little feature). Bottom load was my draw for getting this as dumping a 10 gallon bottle means I would be the only one that could do it (not kids) and tough to do without spilling (know this from previous experience). It is very convenient to change out: just open the door, the tube that goes on the top of jug is plenty long enough to attach outside the unit, pull the band over the top and slide the bottle in - done! IT also draws the bottle completely empty and has a red indicator light when it needs changing. This is a must purchase if you have a family of any size that drinks a lot of water as it will pay for itself in no time if you currently buy it by the case

My family and I love this water cooler!! I read the reviews before I bought it and some of them said they had leaking issues with their cooler, so I was hesitant but thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I did because this is a great cooler and works well! It will be 1 year this summer that we have had it and we have had no leaking from it at all. We love that you can get room temperature water, cold water, or hot water from one cooler, and you don't have to look at the ugly bottle sitting on top of the machine! It is quiet until the bottle is almost empty and then you hear a gurgling, but that is easily fixed but putting in a new bottle! I also love the light on this cooler because it makes a great night light for the kitchen! 07/02/17 UPDATE: Sadly my cooler stopped cooling the water and then started leaking water all over my floor (thankfully I have tile floor in the kitchen!). The cooler stopped working the end of June 2017 which means I had only been using this cooler for 11 months!! I contacted the seller and reported this issue. The response from the seller was basically, sorry about your luck but we only offer a 30 day warranty! Really a 30 day warranty on this type of product is absolutely ridiculous!! So now I have had to purchase another water cooler and went with the Self-Cleaning Whirlpool Bottom Load Water Cooler which had excellent reviews!! I read all the reviews on the Primo Cooler but chose to ignore the reviews talking about a leaking cooler, and thought that wouldn't happen to me! HA, the joke was on me!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF JUNK WATER COOLER UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!! :-(

I've been unknowingly renting my water dispenser for the last 12 years. I thought this thing was "paid off" and I wasn't being charged anymore. Nope!! 8 equates to the number of dispensers I could have bought for what I've spent this whole time. The Primo is living up to its name for the most part. It's very sleek and clean. I love the bottom loaded option. There's a subtle light that stays on and it self cleans. I really love that. My only issues are cosmetic. I don't care for the metal drip tray and the door doesn't have a handle or notch to open it. You kinda have to feel your way around and pull the door open. Other than that, it's a great machine. All the temperatures are accurate and you can see the difference. The safety latch on the hot button is a great feature for those with kids or others with coordination issues. It's pretty lightweight and easy to move around. My water tastes fantastic and it makes great ice. I would definitely recommend this product!!

I was feeling more and more guilty about the thousands and thousands of single use water bottles I have used in my lifetime. We invested in this, and it is great. It is a bit expensive, yes, but over time, it will end up being cheaper. We ended up buying 4 generic 5 gal water bottles and 4 silicon push caps, that is enough water for 2 humans and our 3 cats. The chill gets it pretty cold, the cool is a little below room temp, and the hot is well... hot, but not McDonald's litigation hot. I leave the nightlight on, its a calming blue-white light. It is incredibly easy to replace the water. When it is empty, there is a flashing red light. When I swap bottles, there is enough water remaining in the "empty" for a small glass of water or a cup of tea. This is absolutely, 100% a necessary item if you're trying to get away from single use water bottles.

We purchased this because I got tired of paying to "rent" one from our water company. I was a little worried about the noise and leaking mentioned in other posts and was pleasantly surprised to have no leaks at all. It is a little bit noisy when it is filling the reservoir and while dispensing, but not overly so. We are using this in our home and we have 6 people living here so although it is not getting the amount of use it would in an office setting, it is getting used a lot and we have had no issues with it. The bottom loading is great, especially for my wife and the system gets almost all of the water out of the bottle (another worry I had with a bottom loader). I am very happy with this purchase and my wife absolutely loves the "self clean" option and that the nozzle can be removed for cleaning. Highly recommended!!

I've had this water dispenser for six years and still works like new. Even light bulb over the spigot still works. It still looks new too. No wear on the buttons and they all work fine. I love the heated water on demand and the chilled water is nice and cold with no need for ice. I use in my home. We go through two 5 gallon bottles a week. The bottom loading feature is a must have. No spills, no feats of strength to replace the bottle. Absolutely zero issues. Meets and exceeds all expectations.

My parents love this item. Hot is good for tea and cold is refreshing or just room temp good option. Bottom loading is a definite plus as they are older.

If I could rate this lower I would. It is very loud and is SOOOO slow at pouring out. Plus it broke 7 months after I bought it, leaked water all over the floor! I highly recommend Costco's water coolers. DO NOT BUY this.

I really like it its nice and now my kids can change the water jug to its my second one I ordered already for my sister inlaw

So far so good. Cold is cold. Hot is hot. And it runs quietly. Quite satisfied.
