is this suitable for OLED version?

My standard switch is a snug fit so Oled version will be very tight if it is physically larger

Will it fit if there's a protective case on the switch too?

I would say no. The switch is quite snug n the case so to have extra on it wouldn’t fit in my opinion

Will this fit nintendo switch oled 2023?

My son has the oled, purchased late 2022 and it fits perfectly. Not sure if 2023 version is same size or not.

What are the internal dimensions? Will it fit something with a width of 10.6 cm?

I'll i can say is i have a Nintendo switch, red and blue side control's and it fits brilliant in this case.
