Is anyone else having this issue? I use headphones with an in-line microphone but the sound from the microphone is very quiet. Anyone else get this?

Hi, This Type C Aux Adapter adopts 4-pole TRRS 3.5mm jack to make microphone function available. Please make sure that you have turned up the device's volume. If possible, restart the device or change another headphone to see if this USB C Aux Adapter works properly.

Does it work with pixel 7?

I'd be extremely surprised if it didn't – although I must confess, I don’t have a pixel phone I can borrow to completely verify that. It works for me on my current and previous Android phones as well as my iPad pro. Still using my first one almost two years into listen to audiobooks to fall a sleep at night daily (I bought a second just in case the first one failed) – despite the phone ending up on the floor by morning a few times every month. There is one enormous caveat – I’d advise that your head/earphones are the standard stereo ones – if it has additional circuitry for a Mic (so 3 rather than 2 rings at the end) you’ll not have the Mic nor the ability to change tracks. Designed for ‘Apple’ earbud devices being more problematic than those designed for android phones & laptops headset sockets to get to work with a clear stereo sound. Hope that helps you decide if you want to give it a try.

Can I use this With a selfie stick

I can not answer this question. It depends on the selfie stick. You would need to read the instructions of that item, or look, if it has a 3.5mm jack socket.
