Astonishing Performance At A Phenomenal Price
Hello Everyone! Iโm here to review the Arctic P12 PWM PST fans so please allow me the few minutes of your time to go over why these fans should be your next purchase! First things first, I want to make it clear that this is not my first rodeo with these fans, Iโve actually purchased these fans many times, in all variations. For the sake of this review, I will be reviewing the White variants though the Black ones, ARGB ones, RGB ones, and opaque ones also apply to this review. The Shipping: I bought these not long ago, they took a couple days to get here but not long at all! I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived a few days early. I bought 6 with this order and they arrived in a bag with absolutely no damage. The Build Quality: These fans are (mind the language) sexy. Theyโre classy and robust. The fans and housing are a little thicker than normal fans but theyโll still fit in most cases. Actually, I found them extremely easy to install lol. While I forgot to take a picture of the fans themselves, Iโll leave a picture of what they look like inside my case (I have 3 in the front, one in the rear, and 2 on each side of my cpu cooler). The Performance: These fans are legendary. I build computers for a living and I do a ton of research into parts that perform well without costing a fortune, Iโm happy to say that these fans are basically the cremรฉ of the crop when it comes to price to performance. These fans are just extremely high end fans with a budget pricepoint. Iโve tested these against the โworld renownedโ or โgold standardโ Noctua A12s and Noctua P12s and I was completely astonished by what I saw. These fans perform very similarly to these enthusiast-level fans but are considerably cheaper! My aforementioned addition of these fans to my cpu cooler has provided me with an insight on how great these fans pair with budget coolers. I have a SE-224-XT White (which I also wrote a review on) which is a very budget cooler that pulls its own weight and thought it was great but felt off with only one fan, I replaced the stock fan with 2 of these (one on each side as pictured) and my cooler went from great budget cooler to absolutely phenomenal budget cooler. I wonโt get into specifics this time around because I went into full detail in the review of my cpu cooler but all you need to know is, my cpu cooler now performs like a higher end cooler because of the amazing performance that these fans provide. These fans are also extremely quiet The Value: As Iโve said in the last section, these fans perform like higher end and higher priced Noctua offerings. These fans cost me $9 a piece and perform like they cost twice as much! The actual performance per dollar here is absolutely unbelievable.

A Great Alternative
Context: Top fans in my NR200 case started making noise about two years into use. I regularly clean my case and everything, but apparently the bearings in the original fans that came with the case got through QC with too high of tolerances. They were getting noisy with low use (I game primarily on Friday night for a few hours max). Needed to replace them and was caught between choosing Arctic and Noctua fans. I read some reviews and went with these. Pros: - Price; Noctua fans are expensive but are reliable and quiet. I took a chance with these. - Installation was easy; fan dimensions were perfect. - The ability to daisy-chain these two together by default saved me some time and complexity with cable management inside the case. Cons: - Noise; I'm spoiled with two large Noctua fans at the base of my tower and two Noctua fans cooling my deshrouded GPU. These fans are BY NO MEANS loud, but when compared to Noctua, it is noticeable. I game with a headset and it is impossible to hear them. - Quality; time will tell to see if the bearings can survive; these seemed pressure-fitted better than the last ones that got noisy, but if there is any drop when turning the fan over, you're bound to have dust infiltrate the bearings and eventually kill the fan or make it noisy. Overall: It's tough to beat the price and convenience of the daisy-chain cables. I installed and had these up and running in about 4 minutes. Time will tell about the quality, but I'm satisfied and glad I took the gamble here. If I had a higher-end rig, I would get Noctua fans. For now, these are great.

A very good fan for the moderately inexpensive price it sells for.
I bought this for the rear exhaust fan in my new computer build as the Focus G from Fractal did not come with a rear fan and have heard good things about them, this exhaust fan, in combination with the peerless Assassin CPU cooler helps keep the entire PC comfortable, but not terribly hot and this is a fairly beefy build as it is as it's based on the Core 7 Ultra processor and Intel A770 GPU so not a light weight and I use it for editing among other things and is my general computer overall. It seems quiet as the whole PC does not ramp up too much as far as fans go as the front 2 are 140mm fans that come with the case, the rear is I believe 120mm. Looks to be of good quality and it's from Arctic and I have heard good things about their fans in general anyway. For the price, can't beat it.

Quiet cooling system. Easy to install
I recently installed three of these Thermalright fans in my new NZXT H6 Flow build, and they've been outstanding. Installation was incredibly simple thanks to the daisy-chain feature, meaning all three only took up one fan port on my ASRock B650 Steel Legend motherboard - a huge plus for cable management. Performance-wise, these fans are surprisingly quiet, even when my AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (cooled by a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB) is under significant load. Most importantly, they deliver excellent temperature control, keeping my entire system consistently cool without any noticeable temperature spikes. In fact, the thermal performance is even better than some hybrid coolers I've used in previous builds. For anyone seeking effective and quiet cooling without a hefty price tag, these Thermalright fans are a fantastic choice. They have proven to be a critical component in keeping my new, fairly powerful setup (which also includes a SAMSUNG 990 EVO Plus SSD and TEAMGROUP T-Create DDR5 RAM) running optimally. The combination of easy installation, whisper-quiet operation, and superb thermal performance makes them an unbeatable value. I highly recommend them!

Great Value
It's cheap, silent, and does its job. I own a Ryzen 5 7600, so for those mid-entry level (65-watt) CPUs, it works well.

Twice as quiet and 4c cooler than stock radiator fans.
I have the Thermalright Peerless 120 twin cooler with an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X chip with 16 cores. I replaced the two stock fans it came with for a pair of these. Temps on a stress test went from 85c to 81c and on my decibel meter the noise was cut in half with the Arctic P12 fans. Huge win for $20 and took 5 minutes. You don't need water cooling for this CPU. In games it's cruising 55c-65c on air, without the worry about leaks or evaporation degrading performance. I had liquid AIO stuff, but the pump noise was pretty annoying. I ordered a spare just in case. So quiet, you'll be checking with a flashlight to see if they're on :)

Great for CPU air cooler
I added these two pc fans to my CPU air cooler and saw better temps right away. They push a lot of air and stay pretty quiet.

Better than I thought in the end! Real good!
The P12 120mm are so far the most simple and best budget fan option, from my collection. So, I didn't really care about my fans as long as the each of them performs well as exhaust and intake. Until recently, I've been exploring more options between the sizes and brands; the Arctic fans are slowly winning my favor. It's not the most quiet, but it does contribute well as my intake fan! I have gone through ASUS, Noctua, and Arctic so far so my best interests, following little details of each. As promised, I will only explain THIS particular fan. It has really been the fan that helps mostly with air flow, with a slight hint of air noise. I always apply rubber or tape to any fan to reduce rattling and/or vibration noises so the focus remains on blowing noises (if we can call it that?) and rotation speed noise. I am still satisfied with the performance, even with a slight hint of humming. With a total of 5 fans, 2 being the white Arctic 120s as the only additions, idle temps sit at mid 30C range and highest stable gaming by the hour of mid or low 70C (playing higher graphic games such as CoD series and NFS series). It's not my best results but it's the most steady pairs, complimented nicely with a low price just $10 each. Other items included with the fan in box is 4x screws for top installation. With the 4 pin connector having a 3 pin Y-cable, in the shape of a 4 pin incase you need to add the existing fan cables to one slot. (connected the 3 pin to the 4 pin plug and it acts all the same as a 4 pin) Also, no ARGB or RGB. In the end, I do very much like these for just about everything included, just install them however you wish to be displayed and done!

P12 bargain radiator fan, no compromise on performance!
Nothing to dislike about these fans from arctic Minimalistic black styling, great performance, especially for radiators as the fan shroud completely contains the fan blades with minimal gap to the edge and once screwed to the radiator thereโs a good seal so not much air can escape, it will just get forced through the radiator. Nice and quiet fans and can spin up to 1800rpm for more performance if needed. And the price is really competitive, the 5 pack is the best value, and the PST (power sharing tech) versions are a great idea, no need for splitter cables, the fans will just daisy chain together.

FANtastic computer fan!
Excellent 120mm fan! ๐ PWM by motherboard is great. (ASRock B650 LiveMixer) This will be mounted with a filter for the pusher, also have a second fan in the rear of the cabinet. Setting the pusher fan 100rpm over the rear fan.

Incredible bang for buck fans
I purchased 8 of these for my new PC case (Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Performance) and all of them work great! They push a lot more air than my NZXT fans but are whisper quiet. According to some videos online there's meant to be some coil whine at around 1000 RPM but haven't found anything to report. Arctic make some damn great fans! P.S. Two of the eight had cracked brackets but I was refunded for those ones.

Very good fan
Only disappointment is the price. The black ones are real value for money though.
