Very good, sturdy and well-made...should be great for anyone who has to carry an ID badge.
Great item! My ID badge fits snugly in the front compartment with no free space or rattling around...it will not fall out on it's own. Two molded-in plastic spring arms put light pressure against anything in the holder, so your stuff is secure when in there. It's also easy to see and read the badge through the clear front window, which keeps the supervisors and security personnel happy. Where I work, we're required to keep a signed, single-sheet (of paper) copy of "The Rules" with our badge (though not everyone does, dang it). I folded my copy to be the same size as my badge, and it ended up about as thick as two badges would be, maybe a bit thicker. "The Rules" fit perfectly in the rear compartment of the badge holder, and both the front and rear "eject" levers (see pictures in item description) work great to remove both the badge and "The Rules" from the holder, pushing them upward about a quarter-inch or so, enough to easily grab and pull out. The lanyard is a strong, soft, round, braided cord that is as comfortable as anything out there for people who need to wear it all day. It has a breakaway clasp which works good, and the push-in snap-clip, key ring and snap hook are good quality. The hexagonal "Specialist ID" slider can be adjusted up and down the line to snug the lanyard around your neck, arm or another object. This is a good product, well worth the money, and should stand up to years of daily use.

Great design and features
It’s great to be able to eject a card so easily. The lanyard is also well designed with a disconnect clip and slider. Much better than standard issue holders or a few others here on Amazon

Robust and functional
Carrying around a photo-id and multiple CAC (Computer Access Cards) for work was a pain, but these make it easier. I have my primary photo-id in the clear front slot, and two of my CACs in the rear slot. The slide-actions on the back are easy enough to use and raise the cards up about 3/8" of an inch - or about 1/4" above the top of the holder frame. The frame is plastic and doesn't block the RFID reader that is in one of the cards - that makes entering rooms with those readers very convenient. My only concern is about the plastic "loop" on the frame that the lanyard connects to. The plastic is about 1/8" wide and is probably strong enough, but it's the only place that I can see these might break or fail over time. Still, for the price these are great holders - I bought two (one black, one blue) to help me remember which CACs I use where/when. I'll definitely buy them again if I need to. Update 2022-07-20: I've been using the same two I purchased a year ago and they are still going strong. The clue holding the clear side on let go but a small drop of super glue and it was repaired. My concern about the loop mentioned in the initial version of this post is unfounded; they continue to work well being worn and used daily at work. I've taken up buying one each time someone joins my team - a cheap and useful welcome gift that I know they'll use.

Very Functional, Excellent Concept, Great
"I have to have a security card to get to my floor in the office tower. Unfortunately, with age and busy-ness of life, I constantly forget to bring my card to work. Or I would change my wallet/purse and forget to move my card with it. It was a major problem that I am constantly asking to borrow someone else's card. This badge holder solved my problem altogether. I put my security card in here, and hang the set with my car keys. Every morning I put the holder on my neck and go to work, and hang it back on the wall at home when I get home. Since getting this, I have not forgotten my security card even once. When I go buy coffee during the work day, I slip my credit card in the back so I don't need to bring my purse with me. It is ultra convenient. And if I ever put the badge holder in my purse, it has enough volume that it is easy to fish out. It is a quality product that has solved a big problem for me. I would recommend buying it." - Angela Chang "-got this to hold a new id/keycard that doesn't allow a punch hole anymore, might store business cards in extra slots. -there are two sliding buttons at the back that will push front, back or both card slots out. - you can store one card in the front and two on the back" - Smoothie "Works ok with a regular magnetic id or credit card size item. My badges for work is the size of a credit card, but the RFID chip makes them thicker. One side accepted it ok. The other side I really had to jam it in to get it only 2/3 of the way in. Then, I had to use pliers to get it back out. It seems kind of cheaply made, but I didn't returned it due to the problems above, so I can't say if it's durable." - D. Askov "This is an initial review since I have only had this badge holder for a couple weeks. However, liking it so far. Unlike many of the 3-badge holders I have had in the past, the cards lock in which reduces the possibility of the cards falling out. The interesting technology for holding and removing the cards from the holder is wonderful...I never feel like my ID cards will fall out. Overall, the holder seems high quality. After I use this for a time, I may revisit the review." - Michael S. Tucker "this item is just as described. Very sturdy build and the plastic feels like it's going to last quite a while. The lanyard itself is very tough as well. Tangle free probably due to its thickness. You can store 3 cards like it claims. There are two little push lever thingy's that push the cards out. One pushes two cards in the back out, the other one pushes the front card out (most likely your id badge). very easy access to cards. highly recommend this product. If you need a reel, you can remove the lanyard and attach a reel." - Y. Kim "Excellent concept. Perfect for multi badge environment. The tab idea for removing each badge from the holder is brilliant! Perfect for a Government office. Will update the review if I notice any flaws. The last few badge holders were also "perfect" right until the loop that held them to the lanyard broke. Most cases that was too soon." A guy who buys stuff "Love this! I really wanted it for the lanyard, not the holder. Didn't know they could be purchased separately. They lanyard rope is sturdy and adjustable. I already had a see thru 2 sided holder with a zip lock top. However, I am holding on to thexplain holder that came with this set just in case someone needs it or it comes in handy later." - Najsma1 "One thing the pictures don't quite portray is how big everything is. The strap is thick. We're talking as thick as pencil. The little hexagon thing is big and bulky, the snap release is oddly bigger then most similar releases. and the card holder itself is heavy. If you're looking for something small and discrete, this is not it. Otherwise, it holds up well and there is switches in the back that push up the cards for easy removal." - D. Avery "Awesome. Durable case. However, you cannot see the second and third card, only the first you can see. The necklace will pull apart at the attachment point if pulled hard enough. Not sure if this is for safety but I haven't had a problem with it coming undone unexpectantly" - Navy Sailor "Top quality ID holder. It has two separate compartments for two IDs. It has a sliding button on the back to lift and release your ID if you need it out quickly. The cord is well made as well as the snap clip the connects the ID holder to the cord. You can just click it off and it's separated. A must buy for people with multiple IDs." - Wolf Stark

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item.
The card sliding mechanism works well. Holds 3 cards as stated. It looks well made and feels it. The lanyard part is very soft. Easily the best work badge/lanyard I've ever purchased.

Great selection, tough and does its job, keeps my work IDs safe.
This badge holder is solid, it keeps my School ID, and School Bus Driver ID Sec. badge safe, and working. The overall design is simple, and sleek. The slide buttons on the bottom corners on the black back side of the holder for easy removal of the cards is a super useful design. They are so well designed that they do not push my IDs out when I have the badge holder sandwiched between my coat, or hoodie and shirts. This holder does its job, and it does it right, nothing bad about it!

Great for thick hid badges in rear slot and twic fornfront slot
Just received happy with appearance. My thoughts about my badge being bulky taking up th back slot by itself was confirmed. If u have a badge that is 2 pieces a hid plastic piece with a sticker type front almost 2 twic cards thic it fits snugly in rear where 2 badges are supposed to fit I suspected that and bought it for that reason. In the description it should explain that better in detail so people don't get disappointed when buying the product for my situation it works perfect my Twix card in front because security wants to see it. My plant badge takes up whole rear side of the holder. The only flaw I see it the place where it attaches to the lanyard I see that being weak and breaking easily but I will goclve it a go. I wish they made that more sturdy I would be satisfied to my content. But if that doesn't break great product. If they made a clear one where I could put my Twix on the single slot and my plant badge that takes 2 slots on rear it would fit my situation perfect. And they would be able to place a more sturdy hanger I believe so if product designers are listening. I actually am required to show my plant badge at all times but I can technicaky get away with this item but if I could have a clear one maybe without the assist sliders and use the manual thin slider like on the 2 is clear holders it would be perfect as I said my plant badge takes up 2 slots so it is why I can't get a clear plastic cover my only alternative is a water seal box or flimsy soft plastic ones. But love this product for my badge I take pic of how my plant badge takes upn2 slots

Not quite right for me.
I ordered a number of different I.D. card holders to compare them all, and did not decide to use this one. As such I cannot say how it holds up over time, but if I switch to it, I will update this review. First impressions were disappointing. The blue is pretty, but not as bright a blue as seen in the picture, just slightly darker. Still pretty but not quite the same. The description says the holder has a clear front window, but it is frosted plastic. While the badges I tried could still be read, the picture could not be clearly enough seen. If you have to show anyone your picture, you would have to remove the card. The plastic overall has some flex to it, meaning it may hold up better to wear, but not flexible enough to make me think it would definitely hold up, nor solid enough to let me know it would not need to flex to not break. I work around heavy machinery, and while I am sure the card holder could bounce off things fine, I think it could very easily break if it is at all twisted or crushed. This is speculative, as I have not tried this card holder at work yet, but if I do use it I will update this review. But the most disappointing thing about this card holder is its thickness. One assumes that a little thickness would be required to hold three cards, but this card holder is at least twice as thick as a pile of three credit cards. The lanyard loop on the back sticks out quite a ways, and while this makes it easy to attach to just about anything, it adds to the already substantial bulk. Now for the good. As already said, it is a pretty blue. If you want a frosted plastic, you got it. The cards all fit well in the holder, and even having just one thin card in the back slot, I could feel the holder grab it; I had no concerns about the cards falling out. The levers for card removal are convenient and work easily and smoothly. If I needed to remove my cards often, I would not be concerned about it being at all difficult (though I may look for something more like a money clip to hold all my cards). If bulk is not a concern for you, and you don't care about the supposedly clear plastic being frosted plastic, this may be a good card holder for you. I still have my doubts about how much abuse it can take, but if you never abuse it at all, you will never have to worry.

Semplice, robusto e funzionale

Value for the money
I like the fact it hold my 3 modes of transit cards. TTC, presto and bike share! With the tabs at the back they allow me to easily slide up the card I need and put it back again. The breakaway lanyard means I won’t hang myself passing through a turnstile! 😏

I love this Card Badge Holder.
Work requires me to carry more than one badge and access card. I love this holder and for the money it is spot on. I am a little worried about the durability of the plastic where the lanyard attaches. It looks like an easy breaking point. That being said it is worth it even if it breaks. If it does I would happily order a replacement. I have had many people at work ask where I got it. Too bad I don't get a discount for referrals.

Good quality card holder
I'm a coach driver, and bought this to hold my 3 cards I have to carry each day (Driving Licence, Qualification Card and Tachograph Card). It's heavy duty, holds 3 cards, and comes with a sturdy and secure lanyard which is comfy and appropriate for wear whilst wearing shirt and tie. The card has 2 slot for your cards. The front slot (of which has a clear cover), carries one card. The rear slot carries 2 cards (or one just as securely).
