Is this pan coated with Teflon or some other chemical?

It's not clear what the coating. The description says it "features a textured triple-reinforced coating that is ideal for browning and searing, with or without oil, and easily wipes clean." The literature that accompanied the pan says it's "PFOA free."

Long-term usage nonstick? Please update your reviews...

I bought this pan 2 and a half years ago. I handwashed it, never used it on high heat or used metal utensils. It's lost It's nonstick properties and looks pretty tough. Looks lightly scratched and stained, I expected it to last a lot longer. I'll be replacing it soon.

Does this pan need to be seasoned?

I did season the pans as Le Creuset suggests. These pans are great, tough but forgiving.
