Is it ok for ford focus ?

not sure, I got this for a Mazda Bongo as it was specified online in the manufacturer handbook that Dextron 3 (or DIII) is required. You want to check your manual or with ford as there are different grades and the viscosity is crucial to good functioning due to all the tiny components in the transmission. As far as the quality of this product is concerned, its has produced a sweet sounding transmission and shifts well when driving. Hope this helps a little.
