Is this woven fuse / or woven fuse 2 ?

I'm not sure what you mean by "women fuse 2."  But I am using this interfacing to create face masks, and it's easy to use, and works very well.  Fuses well to cotton fabric of the masks I make, and I can even fuse scraps of the interfacing when I overlap them to save money and interfacing.  I like this better than other fusible interfacings I have used in the past.  And it doesn't hurt at all that they say it's "Made in America"!

Question 2

Does this product do well with several washes or will it un-stick to the fabric it was fused with?

Since I use this between two layers of cotton, sewn back-to-back, for face masks, I do not know what it would do after several washes if it did not have fabric on both sides.  But it does extremely well for the  purpose of interfacing face masks and small purses for cell phones (the other way I use it.)  Hope this helps.

Question 3

Would this work to line linen for hand embroidery?

It should.  It's a linen-like fabric itself, and can be heat-bonded to your regular linen fabric to give it extra body.  I do this when I use it to line the white fabric I use as linings on the face masks I  make since it adds both body and durability in the wash.

Has anyone used this for machine embroidery?

I have not, but it works as a light weight permanent iron on to add some structure to the back of your fabric. If you are looking to stabilize an area to be embroidered, I think it would work, depending on the weight of the main outer fabric and what look you wanted. You would iron the interfacing onto the wrong side prior to embroidering. As always, the best answer must be it "depends". I would  interface a sample of your main fabric and try out some embroidery on the interfaced sample. It's really the only way to tell if it'll work for you.
