Great OEM replacement
Fit my 8-year-old Kenmore Elite dishwasher, even though it stated it was for Whirlpool/Maytag. I figure some of these dishwasher parts are common among various brands. This fit exactly like the original, which had failed due to the plastic deteriorating in the channel and the metal ball bearings falling out everywhere. Took less than 5 minutes each side to replace the tracks, however, you need to pull the dishwasher almost completely out of the cabinet housing to access the outer screws. This took about 30 minutes. If you're not comfortable with removing the dishwasher, possibly having to disconnect electrical/water/drain lines, then I would recommend hiring a service tech or handyman. Otherwise this was an easy and straightforward repair. Saved about $200 doing it myself than having Sears come out. The new rails work great and it's just like when I bought the dishwasher new. Make sure you order the correct side, as right and left are different and specific. Might as well do both if you're pulling the dishwasher out, if you can afford an extra $50.

Buy certified parts
So I tried to go cheap and buy off brand replacement rails for my dishwasher. They had a 3 star review so I thought I was safe. They rusted solid in less than a month from daily use. Now I replaced them with the certified whirlpool rails and I have no complaints. The rack moves smoothly and the rails are easy to install. Moral of the story you get what you pay for sometimes.

Perfect fit!
This was a perfect fit. It is better made than the original as it uses rivets instead of spot welds. It also extends out slightly more than the original. Took less than 15 minutes to change!

OEM replacement. Rack operations like-new again
The original slides for our Kitchenaid dishwasher got damaged when someone bumped into the rack while it was extended from the dishwasher. The slide started to operate very rough and would bind up. As it got worse, it started to shed ball bearings--which ended up in the garbage disposal where it caused the disposal to make some really concerning noises. Fortunately we have a 1 hp disposal which eventually rid itself of the bearings. These are exact OEM replacements from Whirlpool. Replacement of the slides was pretty straightforward, especially with the YouTube videos available showing how to pull the dishwasher out and access the slide mounting screws. Heeding the advice of others, I replaced both slides while I had the dishwasher out. Now the upper rack slides in and out like the first day we had the dishwasher installed. Well worth the cost and work to repair. Not sure if this slide is any more resistance to damage from a bump from the side than the old slide.

Works in a KitchenAid dishwasher as replacement for part#W10852728LH
Used this to replace KithcenAid upper left hand slide. Installation was simple. Had to slide dishwasher out approximately 1/2 way out of the cabinet to access the bolts. Didn't need to disconnect the water or the power cord. Simple fix that likely saved me quite a bit of money as compared to calling a repairman or buying a new dishwasher. This old slide that I replaced was spotwelded which corroded and caused the old slide to fail. This new slide is riveted which may prevent a repeat failure.

Worked for KitchenAid DW - Paid pros to install
Worked fine for the Kitchen Aid DW. Installation's a tad more technical than I was comfortable with doing. So I paid a professional $170 to install 2 tracks both purchased on Amazon. (not sure how much the full service appliance repair store to supply the tracks. But our installers are a tad more expensive so I'm assuming that I still saved SOME $$$.) According to the DW Repair Guy, these rack tracks deteriorate rapidly in nearly all makes & models of today's Dishwashers. It's an inescapable reality if you're going to keep your higher end DW's running 1-3x per day. (And because the pumps are DC motors, the pumps burn out prematurely and/or end up clogged with pasta and rice. Bob Villa lied when he said you don't need to pre rinse dishes.)

Good part.
Fits well. Saved lots of money installing myself instead of an appliance repair man.
