Financial success and stability is not a distant dream, but a very possible reality that's right in front of me! I'm so thankful for the way Hayden Crabtree simplifies the myths of real estate and provides real solutions to achieve success. I know this is a book I'll continue to go back to for guidance for years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone whether you're in real estate or not! Throughout this book, Crabtree describes many broad topics that I have heard about over the years, like flipping houses, development, cash flows, appreciation, equity, and many more, and breaks them down for anyone to understand. I feel like I have a great understanding to the importance of a consistent inflow of cash, and how I can actually get to a place of investing even if I don't have a bunch of cash on hand at the moment. I'm a lower-middle class citizen, never thinking I could actually invest and make real money, but I now know that this isn't true and now I know the strategy to be able to do so. Probably the most shocking part of the book is when he describes how to file taxes as someone in real estate. My dad was a real estate investor his entire career, and he couldn't believe that this is actually true! These few chapters alone are worth cracking this book open. I still can't believe it. Crabtree's story of success is incredibly admirable, and it's clear he truly wants to inform and empower the reader to be able to reach financial success as well. The resources he provides in this book and on his website are extraordinary (and super cheap compared to others places I've checked out). He's not a distant author, but one who is here to help everyone he can while providing his wisdom in experience over the years.

Very easy to read. It has little filler. I think the book is good for a basic introduction into why real estate investing is preferred by many people as a vehicle of passive income. I didn't necessarily agree with all the points in the book, but I enjoyed reading this and the logic made sense for what was being described. It definitely got me interested in learning more about real estate.

I bought this book based on other reviews. As someone who is flipping houses quite profitably, I wanted to see what the counter-arguments against it would be. This book falls under the same general philosophy as "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and the Robert Kiyosaki investing advice, which emphasizes aggressive investing to generate assets and cash flow. Hayden makes a concise and well-reasoned argument for why cash-flow generating properties such as apartment complexes, commercial real estate and storage units are a better investment than flips. He also offers brief and succinct explanations of some of the important terms and concepts to know in real estate investing. I found his advice valuable and enlightening. I agree with most of what he says, though I think a more nuanced approach which takes into account the specifics for different markets and gives more weight to the quality of investments would be worth considering. Still, I felt this book brought a lot of value and was very worthwhile. It has gotten me thinking differently about how to invest in real estate and I will definitely follow some of his advice. I did have to dock a star and give it a 4/5 because the writing of the book felt hurried: it also lacked the copy-edit a major publisher would bring. Yet for the practical info and opinions it provides, I feel it's very worthwhile.

Love this book! Chapters are short, and to the point...the math looks intensive but the examples are easy to understand and the content is focused. It's not too personal or judgmental. Hayden delivery was comfortable. He offers templates and examples with Answer Keys you can download for free. Look I am Not a reader but this book held my attention and enlightening me. Love the Pro-tips...those will give you an advantage. Im on Section 6, Chapter 34 out of 12 Sections. I like to try a product first before I give Review. The delivery was fast. Happy Reading$

If I had this book three years ago I would have been sailing on a huge yatch by now. Not only is the writer sharing first hand knowledge, but he does it in a loving, personal and "easy to understand" manner to assure that you truly benefit from its content. He talks to you and not at you. Definitely worth many times more than what I paid for it. It is full of common sense inside secrets and it is also written to inspire you to jump into a future of financial stability. And no, I never met him nor am I getting paid for this review. Hayden Crabtree did a good job with this book. I think you will be well served picking up this book. I have not yet done a deal with Hayden, but I hope to in the future. He cares about numbers which is much more important than hype. This book goes through the process very clearly from the beginning and all the way to seeing the big picture of how you can continue to build upon your progress. I can tell from reading this and learning a little bit about Hayden from what he has put out there, that he believes in sharing what he knows because he has the abundance mentality. That means there is enough money, there is enough knowledge out there, that he is willing to share, so we can all grow. Again thanks and good job!

Good but not enough information to really be applicable in the real world of investing. If you are a aspiring investor I would suggest something with more detail. This was too short. Not to say there was nothing worth while in the book. Just not enough information to even get started. The amount of information there is on real estate is incredible. A great book to check out would be commercial real estate for dummies or books by gary w. Eldred

Easy read, great for those thinking about starting in Real Estate Investments. Well developed sections on various types of RE investment strategies and understanding the language of RE investments. Examples and summaries included in each section. Would recommend. I’m not a fan of long read - this book is short, concise and full of informative tips and tricks. Not a time waster at all.

What a book. I have never read a book which made the financial world look like a children's tale. Everything so clearly explained in simple terms. The pages kept turning. There was no stopping as I learned so much from every single page. I am sure to carry this book all the time with me. It helps to remember some of the terms and idioms in the financial work in the most simplest of manner. This book is my investment of the year. :)

The book really gives a very comprehensive understanding to one who is embarking on the journey towards real-estate investment. The author did a great job breaking down what you need to know and the methodology of finding the right property.
