Great fabric glue
Iโm a true believer in any Gorilla products to start off with. Glue, tape, whatever. If Iโm looking for a product and I see the gorilla name, thatโs the one I get. Even when it cost a lot more than the other product because I know the brand has never failed at what I needed it to doโฆMy couch seams ripped open across the back. I was so upset. Then a few days later I look and the chair that goes with my couch had down the same thing. ๐ช Iโm not a sewer. I wouldnโt even know where to start. So I started looking for something to patch it with. Even though I found some products that would work to make it look better than having the big rip in it, I wasnโt crazy about using them because it would totally match. So I started wondering about glue. I used to use fabric glue on my daughter pants to hem them and got good results but I was worried fabric glue wouldnโt work well since the couch seams would be have pressure on them, being pulled when someone leaned back. Hence why they ripped in the first place. Someone was sleeping in those spots overnight. I started searching for a strong glue. I even thought about using regular super glue. Then I saw it! Gorilla Glue for fabric and I heard the angels singing! I ordered some right away and the day it came I used it on my couch. It was easy to use. Not messy at all. Stayed where I put it. Honestly Iโm not sure how long it took to dry because after I put it on the seam I pulled the fabric together and used some small clamps I had bought to keep it together, walked off to do other things and kinda forgot about it. I didnโt look at it again until I took the clamps off the next night. They had been on for over 24 hours at that point. The glue had done its jobs and was holding everything together. Thatโs been around a months ago and itโs still holding together with no issues . I have a very rambunctious 11 yr o with severe ADHD and three crazy dogs. Itโs survived it all. Even though thereโs a bit of a ridge were I pinched the fabric together you really donโt notice it because of the couch color. Someone with more patience than me could probably do a better job but it works for me and looks better than a patch would have. Iโm thinking about going over the seams along the top with some of the glue to help them stay together. When I get around to fixing the rip in the chair Iโm going to try to remember to take pictures and keep an eye on drying time. It may cost a little more than a lot of other fabric glue I looked at but the way I see it is Gorilla Glue has repeatedly worked well for me and is holding up well on the couch. If I used a cheaper glue chances are it wouldnโt hold up as well and I would be re-doing it which means I would buy more glue and spend more money than if I had just bought Gorilla Glue in the first place. So to me the cost is worth it. ๐

Strong, Waterproof & Super Reliable!
This worked great for what I needed. I used it on denim to adhere a patch, and it held extremely well. The bond feels durable and secure, even with regular wear. What I really like is the clarityโit dries clean without leaving a messy or noticeable residue, so the final appearance looks neat and professional. The consistency is just right tooโnot too runny, not too thickโmaking it easy to apply and control. Itโs also very versatile and can be used on different materials, which makes it a great product to keep on hand. For the price, the value is excellent considering how well it performs. If you need a reliable adhesive for fabric or general repairs, this is a solid choice. Highly recommend!

Perfect for applying patches๐ฏ
Gorilla Waterproof Fabric Glue is honestly a game changer. I used it to fix a torn seam on my backpack and it held up way better than I expected even after getting caught in the rain and going through daily use. It dries clear, doesnโt leave the fabric stiff, and the bond feels really strong once fully cured. What I like most is how easy it is to apply no mess, no special tools, just squeeze and spread. It gives you a little working time before it sets, so you can position things properly. If you need a reliable fix for fabric without sewing, this stuff gets the job done

Great product strong smell
this product worked very well and was a great value for the money. The only thing is the smell is very strong. Otherwise itโs a really good product.

Great stuff
This product works great, and fast. We had a hole in the mesh on a football jersey. It sealed it up great.

works good for frays in coats/to stop further fraying
This works pretty well for repairing denim/canvas like carhart farm coats; its good to apply it to worn/frayed areas before they become a gaping hole. It gives the fabric kind of a sticky feel but on outerwear/coats you don't notice it. I've resurrected crummy coats and got another year of use out of them. I've not subjected any of this stuff to a lot of wash cycles

Perfect
I got this to apply patches to vinyl and the application is perfect. It does come out slowly when squeezed and then put upright like a pen, but I find that to be a great feature as I can slowly apply it. Just stand it upright after it comes to a slow pace & grab any excess with a tissue.

Sticks well, Messy to use, Smells Terrible
Purchased specifically to glue small felt pieces for hand puppets and a Halloween costume, as the fabric glue I have does not say it works on felt. It seems to stick well, though I am not planning to wash these items. However, I found it quite messy to work with, oozing continuously out of the tube and since it functions like contact cement, hard to apply to both surfaces. I ended up using a popsicle stick to spread it and guesstimating the application location on the backing felt. If you look closely at the accompanying photo, you can see, despite my best efforts to be neat, remnants of stray glue. I have not included a picture of the glue stuck to my fingers. Since the pieces of felt on the costume are larger, I've decided to tack them with temporary glue and sew them on rather than struggle with the mess of this product. If the tube included some sort of application nozzle, it might be easier to use. Unfortunately, it also has quite a irritating chemical smell. You'll need plenty of ventilation.
