This machines really good and intense. Has multiple modes and doesn’t require gel packs to be replaced. Will recommend for those wanting a leaner look!

Had this delivered yesterday so I’ve only just started to use this. First impressions would be great, level 1&2 are good for any starters in using products like this. I’ve previously used gel ones and if you wanna gain a plump bum then they’re great oh alongside squats however, gel pads become increasingly annoying and I’ve found that i had to wear Lycra shorts to keep them stuck to the skin. This one however, uses a little spray of water and the Velcro works great. The levels are strong enough and I haven’t even used the harder levels as yet. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I’ve found that I cannot exercise the way I’m used to. But I find the simulation pads are helpful as I can do light exercises with abs legs and bum. My upper body is possibly the hardest part to workout but this helps with massaging and toning therefore, yes I would recommend it. I will write further once I’ve used this for longer hence 4 star for now 😅

It does not work

Easy to use, great quality, good fit, comfortable, powerful, if you are a newbie like me use setting 1 , have to get used to the arms straps , it is very good

The ad stimulator works brilliantly and it's easy to use but I've tried numerous times to use the arm ones and it's utterly impossible as it stings painfully and leaves a bright red mark and this is level one! I've used more water, less water, moved it to a different arm and same result. Great pity as the product is a good quality.

It is very high quality and battery lasts long. You can really feel the abs working and the waves are really not painful. Works really well and very happy with this purchase.

I had doubts buying this because it had quite some bad reviews, but having seen/tried many EMS trainers, I concluded this one still could be good try. And i was right ! Here's what I find excellent: - material is durable and thicker than other flimsy EMS trainers that would crack after 1 week. - it has extension piece if you are fat - No need to put WATER on it, it works witout it - impulses hit DEEP !! Frequency is tuned to hit muscle thru Subcutaneous fat ( at least mine ) - it does NOT BURN skin at all, I don't feel any electric impulses like on flimsy ones. - It's a fraction of price of so called professional "medical" relaxing trainers that cost over 150€. I don't know how long it will live, but I am going to buy one more. For those who think this is another paid review, well it ain't, but don't care what whoever think. I felt need to correct these negative remarks. Glad I trusted my own criterias, and I bought a good product. Good luck

Exelente funcionamiento, variedad de intensidad y niveles. Después de unos meses de uso , el de abdomen baja su funcionamiento. 04/2021 el producto ha dejado de funcionar. Controles uno bien, otro los led indican pero emite bajos impulsos, y el otro muerte total. Cinturón abdominal, muerto total. Funciona bien solo uno de los del brazo. Empiezan a emitir descargar raras, provoca hematomas localizados en tan solo una sesión pequeña.

Ottimo prodotto funziona benissimo facile da usare la batteria dura3-4 ripetizioni lo raccomando

Reçu il y a 7 jours, fonctionne a merveille et travaille en profondeur les muscles : les abdominaux, les bras et les cuisses. je suis très sensible des jambes alors j'ai mis à une petite puissance, je sens déjà une réelle différence sur ma silhouette et ma fermeté en seulement une semaine. Je recommande vivement ce produit !! Je ne retournerais plus en centre d'electrostimulation c'est beaucoup rentable et qualitatif avec cette machine. Je reviendrais faire un retour prochainement, en attendant je suis très contente étant principalement assise au travail c'est une merveilleuse solution de m'affiner tout en restant assise
