is there a arm available for this mic ?

I would recommend to get the shock mount from Elgato and any other arm. Not all arms are created equal some very in durability but this mic is not very heavy since it’s mostly plastic. I have an innoGear are that is very strong and extended length.

How well does this block out background noise? Also, where is the headphone input?

The headphone input is on the back of the microphone, next to the usb c port. As for blocking out background noise, it does a fantastic job of blocking out any noise. I think it might be software-side but it really focuses on human voices well, without picking up unwanted background speech.
