Any recommendations for boot covers that fit these?

As RJ45 is a connector that must adhere to a standard, then the boot covers are pretty much standardised too. You are unlikely to go wrong with any of the ones you can find on Amazon. I got these ones from Keple and they worked just fine. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07L8BMNFB

These work fine for cat5/e too?

Yeah they work on cat 5e too don’t quite grab the sheath as tight as they do cat 6 but they do the Job
