Can you please advise how those masks were shipped? was the box flat packed and the masks in a plastic bag, all together in an Amazon cardboard box?

I wouldn't bother with these no matter what the packaging. I have had a fail rate of almost 50% so far with the elastic ear bands coming away from the mask.

They are made in China but they do the job adequately.
