Is this seal twist-apart or do you need to cut the tape?

no need to cut tape. yes, you can just twist the seal

Does this come with any paper and sealing tape?

There is only one set of tape inside the machine. No additional tape came with the shipment. I believe the tapes shown in the picture should be included.

Will this seal around a paper straw? I use these as decorative sticks for my cake pops and wonder if they cause any issues since they are hollow.

I do not have a paper straw to test it on, but I have used several different materials, I even used a rolled up tissue and it worked great on all. The only thing I could see potentially being an issue is if the straw is not sturdy it could bend, but unlikely.

What color is the tape that comes pre loaded and how many seals does 1 roll produce?

It comes preloaded with white labels. I'm not finished with the roll yet, 2/3 Used. I sealed over 300 bags of Kettle Corn. Hope this answers your question. Love the tape machine.

Highly Recommended Product

I make cake pops. Before purchasing this unit, I had to use twist-ties to secure the bags onto the sticks. I have an ailment which makes it painful to use the twist-ties. After purchasing the Innoseal, I can honestly say that it makes the sealing process go much faster, it gives the cake pops a professional finished look, they are tamper evident, and I'm pain-free! I would never consider going back to twist-ties again!

The photo shows six tape roll sets and the machine. I only received the machine with one tape roll set. Very deceptive on amazons part. I feel cheated!
