This product works and delivers as promised. But, it's pricey compared to the other products out there. At it's current price it comes to about $2.00 per dose. The packaging is easy to take along on a trip or to work etc. For frequent use, I'd go with the bulk containers, which are priced much better. Or get another brand, which will save you even more. I don't understand why they included stir sticks, they are bulky and seem silly, unless you don't have a spoon. The product works, but the packaging on this item is off the reasonable cost mark.

Every now and then you may not eat enough fiber and that can be a real issue for people over 55! I try to eat fiber with every meal but now and then I need this to get things moving again. One package in some water (I put it in a full glass of water) seems to do the trick. This is very gentle as far as I can tell and nothing like pills I've taken before that made me really sick. I'm glad I keep this on hand because I had a pain in my lower right side of my gut and I took one packet and within a day I felt so much better. I eat a lot of fiber but still sometimes I must not drink just the right amount of water to overcome my diuretic pills. When I drink this mixed into a full bottle of water and then more water it works! I'm getting a third box to keep around for these types of emergencies! The powder dissolves easily and the liquid is easy to drink once the powder is all mixed in with the little stirring stick.
