I picked this up looking for something lightweight that wouldn’t get soggy or slippery after a few holes. FootJoy is a brand I’ve always trusted for golf gear, and the TropiCool line caught my eye for its breathable design and focus on moisture control. From the moment I tried it on, I could feel the difference. Right out of the package, the glove felt incredibly light and flexible. The fabric has a soft, almost mesh-like texture that contours well to your hand without any stiffness or restriction. The fit is snug but not tight, and the Medium/Large size was just right for my hand shape—no bunching in the palm or fingers. Where this glove really shines is in the breathability. Even during mid-afternoon rounds in 90-degree heat, my hand stayed cool and dry. The moisture-wicking material works exactly as promised. No more peeling a sweat-soaked glove off after the front nine. It also maintains a good grip even in humid conditions—there’s a confident feel on every swing, without the slippery, damp sensation I’ve had with other gloves. After several rounds, it’s held up nicely. The stitching remains intact, and it hasn’t lost shape or elasticity, which is impressive for a glove this lightweight. It also washes and dries well without stiffening. These are the best golf gloves I've ever had! They're incredibly durable, and the grip feels very secure. I've played with one glove weekly for a year and they're still usable, just some wear on the seams around the thumb. I alternate between these and the FJ rain gloves and haven't felt the need to use a leather glove since.

This is a must if you play in hot and humid conditions. The moisture wicking is impressive. It's also a capable rain glove and has replaced my Footjoy Raingrip glove. This one works just as well and is more comfortable. It may not be as durable as other gloves but when I wear one out I put it aside and it becomes my rain-only glove and works great for that purpose. These are the only glove I play with now and the best I have found in all my years of golfing.

Holding up pretty well in the TX heat and sweat! The material for the palm is not as quite as grippy as some good leather, but I have had no issue playing with it at all. The glove has been holding up pretty well compared to leather, especially getting fairly drenched. Cooler climate and I would choose leather, but this is working pretty good so far after several 95-100 degree rounds.

Great glove for HOT weather. Yes there are amazing leather gloves out there but in the summer you need to rotate to a new dry glove. For hot weather Humid (FL) the Tropicool is manufactured with more synthetics and cloth, feels great, by far much cooler, and the best thing about the glove which counters the worst thing. The gripping material some sort of leather type synthetic, gets dirty very quickly. But the savings grace. You can take these gloves and put them in a net bag and wash them with your whites with some bleach. Take them out and put them in the dryer or let them air dry, and it's like putting on a new glove. I hope no one from FootJoy reads this because they'll stop making them. :), I highly recommend you try one if you play in hot humid weather and find that you need to change gloves because of wetness.

I sweat a lot when it gets hot and humid so I've resorted to wearing rain gloves on both hands to maintain a good grip on the club. I saw these gloves and thought I'd give them a try and so far so good. The single glove on my left hand provided great grip through out the entire round on a very hot and humid day. The material on the glove's palm is similar to a rain glove but the overall look of the glove is nicer. The glove seem well made enough to last as long as any quality golf glove would so we'll see how that part goes.

The FootJoy Tropicool Golf Glove is a lightweight and breathable option for warm weather. The moisture-wicking material helps keep hands dry, and the grip is decent, providing reasonable control during swings. However, the durability is a bit lacking—it wears out quicker than expected, especially with frequent use. The fit is comfortable, but after a few rounds, it starts to lose its shape. Overall, it’s a good glove for hot conditions, but for the price, I expected better longevity. Decent, but not my top choice.

I love these gloves. They are honestly good year round, but definitely great for hot and humid Southern summers. The palm material is similar to FJ's rain gloves. The feel/grip is good and the palm is durable. They do get dirty more easily, but I've even run them through the washing machine and they come out fine. When you are sweating like crazy, the grip stays good. At worst, you might swap for another during the round, but 9/10 times, I wear it the whole round, which is much better than rotating leather gloves constantly when it is hot out. I can't believe my local "galaxy" doesn't carry these, especially since this is the humid South, but Amazon is just a click away.

Comfortable and nice fitting glove, stays relatively dry even when very hot while playing.
