Best Vit C sold in small 65mg tablets
If you have a sensitive stomach this enables you to take Healthy Hey's Vit C twice or thrice a day so you don't turn deficient and yet not over do it bcos Vit C is water solvable and the body can absorb only that much excreting the rest. So its better to take it in small doses a couple of times a day for maximum absorption. Remember it's a very important Vitamin and Healthy Hey Vit C has natural 250mg of Acerola Cherry.... go for it!
