When I moved to Florence, Italy, for school as an adult in my 40s, the first thing I noticed is the only fat people are American tourists. I went from a size 6 (5’8”) to a size 4 in 30 days, while eating more delicious pasta, loaded with the most insane sauces, drunk with red wine and weight just fell off me. I was almost a size 2 in 6 weeks and stayed at that weight, until I returned to America.Americans are fat because of how our food is produced and the chemicals in it, most of which are banned in Italy and EU. Hopefully RFK Jr. will ban all this and Make America Healthy Again!This pasta (I bought the penne) tastes like what I ate in Italy. It’s more dense than US-made “Italian” brands. I was eating B*rilla before. The taste, texture and flavor of this real Italian pasta are FAR superior to anything I’ve eaten outside of Italy. Top quality!I don’t care if it costs more. Make your sauce from scratch in large batches, monthly on a Sunday, let it slow cook all day, then freeze portions for your family to eat later. Make Sunday family dinner a tradition, like the Italians do. Everyone comes!If I can’t do that, I top this pasta with small-batch sauce from Little Italy in the Bronx, available here on Amazon. I highly recommend their Vodka Sauce, which is a marinara sauce with a touch of cream. I slice up sausages into the sauce and serve it over penne. It’s to die for and better than my own, but I’m working on mine!Little Italy in the Bronx sauce is the best sauce I’ve tasted, outside of Italy, including in restaurants. This pasta is very good. I wanted imported Italian pasta because I had heard that even though it's not considered gluten-free it doesn't bother you like regular pasta wood. Because it is important it is not enriched and fortified which believe it or not is a good thing. There are things added into enriched and fortified foods that you do not want in your diet. So I am cutting out all of those things but still wanted a good quality pasta. This is truly important from Italy and it is very good and only has two ingredients.

Delicious tasting pasta. I recently learned about the reason why pasta from Italy is much healthier than American made pasta..because of the longer drying process, which makes the pasta tastier and less glutenous. This is a great tasting pasta with a nice “bite” to it. Recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Only pasta we buy! Tastes awesome and doesn’t have all the crap that most store brands have.

Italian pasta is made with completely different wheat - you will tell the difference!

This pasta is from Italy and has very good flavor.

Good enough to eat but I will likely keep up the hunt for the perfect Italian imported pasta. It’s a dirty job, but someone has to do it. 😉
