when you first put em on, these are amazingly comfortable. like a swaddled baby. but they work so well, at first, it was hard to tell when they are used? the design is so clever though. the weight pulls the absorbent part down, away from you, so you can have em on a long time and not feel anything. though i was a bit wary at first, that i had to keep changing em? nope. they are pretty much leak-proof. but the wonderful invention is that they turn liquid into a gel. it almost can't leak. and, in case you care, the they are mostly a material like an ace bandage, in the form of a speedo. even less detectable under your pants than boxers.

They work extremely well , I needed these desperately right after getting a Prostatectomy and after having the catheter removed. But as the therapy goes on, you will find yourself building lower strength and need them less. If possible I strongly recommend not wearing during exercise. True it will absorb leaks, but it will trap all of your sweat also, and you will develop rashes.

My father has been in place hospice with medicare provided in his residence. It has been a good experience with supplies for his hygiene. The only issue was that the adult diapers were loose fitting and not very comfortable for him. These Depend-max version are a great option we order only once a month and now qualify for a coupon. They have a snug fit where it needs to be but does not create a rash around the upper thigh during really warm days, very breathable. It is impossible to answer the questions, how many ounces will these hold? or how many hours will they last. These are impossible questions to answer. If you need something to help manage how many times a day you find yourself looking for a bathroom, there is a way to determine the answers. I test a variety of these by various brands. This is just one item I use. Buy a measuring glass that will hold up to 12 ounces. It should be marked in ounces on one side and ML on the other. Spend three days peeing into that container. Record the time and the amount everytime you release. At the end of three days you will have a pretty good idea of how your body works.. Put on a pair and go about your day. Note the time you have to go. When it starts leaking, add up the ounces including the last time you released. This will give you an excellent idea of how long you can Depend (pun intended) on these. Everyone's mileage will vary. Do not believe what any manufacture says what their product can hold. It's a lie and their testing methods have nothing to do with real life. Just for grins , find 20-22 ounces of pebbles, put them in a baggie and put the baggie in your underwear. Maybe if you're sitting in your car with 20 ounces of fluid it's not a big deal and you can make it to the next gas station. Go to a party with all those pebbles in your underwear and try not to think you're attached to an anchor. Good luck.

I’m a customer with a belly which sometimes makes finding briefs with a comfortable fit difficult. By increasing the waist size, the XXL proved to be the best fit as I can pull the briefs over my belly for a comfortable fit. Everything else is excellent as per usual when it comes to no leaking, great absorption for a long period of time. A++

These pants would not fit over my 1-year-old grandson's bottom. If you have no stomach and no ass, then maybe, but then you wouldn't need XXL, would you? Complete waste of money and not returnable- Duh!

Too costly when compared to Indian products like Dignity Overnite, but same absorbency. Hold capacity is not more than 4 to 5 hrs.
