Question 1

How long are these sticks when collapsed? How wide at the widest part of the prongs?

Accepted Answer

Thanks for your inquiry! These awesome forks are a convenient 10 inches when collapsed and about 1/2 a centimeter in the fork prong diameter making it sturdy and thick enough to handle some heavier hot dogs and kabobs. The width between prongs is about 1.75 inches to allow marshmallows to be stacked on each prong and yet still be able to take a firm hold of a hot dog or sausage. Hope this helps :)

Question 2

Since the tips are metal, how long does it take for the metal to cool down? Can the marshmallow be eaten off of the stick without getting burned?

Accepted Answer

Thanks so much for your inquiry! The stainless steel fork would typically take a few minutes to cool down depending on how close you are to the fire. For marshmallows we recommend roasting to a golden brown color. This way you will not burn the marshmallow and at the same time the fork will not heat up too much. So yes, you should not get burned taking off the mallow! Especially if you just sandwich it between some graham crackers and chocolate and pull them off that way! Instant smores maker! :D If you are cooking kabobs and hot dogs then it may take a bit longer since the fork may be closer to the fire. Hope this helps!

Question 3

Does this roasting stick have a warranty? If it does, how many years it has?

Accepted Answer

They say a 100% satisfaction guarantee

Question 4

Can you tell me where this is manufactured?

Accepted Answer

when i bought them i sware i read that they are manufactured in the U.S. but i couldn't go back and find where it was stated so perhaps you would like to contact them and ask, incidentally we enjoyed cooking out with them during the holidays and you can't believe how easy they are to clean up
