ARCTIC 4-Pin PWM Fan Splitter Cable - PST Extension-Cable for 4 Case Fans

Bought to replace an aging Akasa splitte that works when it wants too - not often. For the money, you can't go wrong really, Arctic have such a strong product line and they seem to be more interested in their product quality than marketing or shameless sponsorships. Took a matter of seconds to fit to my AIO fan and CPU header. Will probably buy a few more at some point, these are good enough to have a few 'in stock'. Add-on. I bought more. They're too good not to have some spare.

The quality and length of this cable is good. It is flexible and can be angled as needed. It has been really useful to daisy chain a series of fans together to a single header on the motherboard. However, be aware that you will not get individual fan control speeds, it will report the sped of the first fan and then all the rest connected will be the same. Not an issue necessarily, but a limitation of what you are doing. So, the functionality of using independent fan headers is going to be lost with this arrangement. The connections are good and fit well across a number of brand types, no issues there. As mentioned, the cable is of high quality. Recommended

Works well for computers with limited PWM ports. Easy to use just plug it into the PWM port and then anything else into it. The only caveat is all fans connected will have the same speed. Has been working well for about 9 months.

Does exactly what you'd expect. No complaints.

Does what it needs to for me. You can find these all over the show but I specifically chose Arctic as they have a reputation riding on these meaning at some point I assume quality checks are made by them on these. Was happy to pay a bit more than you normally would for this for this reason. Used to chain 3 P12's with this on a B350m board that only had one spare header as 1 fan wasn't providing the air flow I wanted. Would buy again if needed.

Just a note of caution, the connection to motherboard has four pins and so does the first connector, the rest has three pins, the four pins allows varying speeds of fans. Some computer fans can have varying speeds, others are fixed speed with three pins.

Hab das Teil im Angebot geholt, ca. 4€ pro Stück, und direkt zwei mitgenommen, weil ich in mehreren PC-Builds sowas gebraucht habe. Im Grunde ist es eine günstige Alternative zu einem klassischen Fan-Hub. Man kann damit bis zu 4 Lüfter an einen einzigen Mainboard-Anschluss anschließen. Perfekt also, wenn einem am Mainboard die Anschlüsse ausgehen. Wer zusätzlich noch ARGB steuern will, sollte eher zu einem richtigen Hub greifen. Für reine Lüftersteuerung über das Mainboard ist dieser Splitter aber völlig ausreichend und spart ordentlich Steckplätze. In meinem Setup funktioniert alles problemlos! keine Ausfälle, kein Kurzschluss, alle Lüfter laufen gleichmäßig und stabil. Für den Preis auf jeden Fall eine sehr praktische Lösung, gerade von Arctic gewohnt solide Qualität.

Good quality connectors that fit correctly. Good length and cables don't tangle.

The cable works great. So far, I've connected 3 fans with this cable, and everything seems to be working fine. Try not to overload the motherboard fan headers by using fans that require high amperage. If your fans are high current (i.e. 4x fans around 1A each), do not use this cable and get a proper fan hub instead.
