So, I bought 2 boxes of these (12 lights) thinking that for under £6 a unit it really wasn't much of a risk, I have bought lots of different solar lights before, and as the years have gone on, they have all improved immensely... these are fantastic. As per the instructions , one single screw (those provided are OK), placed about 2+m up (mine are on trees around our holiday lodge business), switch them on.... every single one worked, bright light, doesn't stay on too long...ideal for the purpose I wanted. Quick tip, if installing during the day, once placed and screwed on, use the instructions to cover the solar panel (its just big enough)on the top, this tricks the light into thinking its night time....now press the button on the front to switch the unit on, it flashes..... remove the instructions, it goes off..... now place the instructions back, it comes on (because it thinks its night and it can sense you in front of it)....so its working! , move on to the next one...simples. Wait till night, walk past them all...they all work well, nice bright light, responsive to movement....and this is in February, straight out of the box, in Scotland..... These units are designed to stay on for a shorter period , its not adjustable (suits me), they do not stay on dusk till dawn ( also suits me)...if either of these two things dont suit you buy a different model. These Solar powered wall lights are perfect for those of us who don’t want to have the cost and mess of installing electric lights. They are so simple to use. Press and hold the small button for a few seconds to activate/turn on the light. Allow for it to be in direct sunlight to charge the battery. It will flash once activated. If set to human activation, the light will come on whenever someone walks within its field (similar to a PIR sensor light) and it stays on for approximately 12 seconds after you have moved away from it. Perfect amount of time to unlock and get into your front door etc. The amount of light just one light gives off is fantastic!! I was a little sceptical with it being solar powered but it really is wonderful. I am extremely happy that I bought these particular lights, especially as you get 6 in a pack which is perfect for putting them in different areas on the outside of your house/in your garden. They are extremely easy to install, and you get the wall plugs and screws for each light in the packet, along with instructions. I would definitely recommend these!

Bought these in January, first few weeks, brilliant, but amazingly after the return date expired, they failed, brightness got dimmer and dimmer until they stopped working, took them apart, smell of burning inside, after fiddling found that the battery voltage was down to 3.5 v and the reason for this is that the lights don’t turn off in daylight meaning the battery gets used up. *edit* Customer service by the seller is fantastic 2 year warranty on the lights Replaced the faulty lights. Would buy again

I have tried various types of solar outdoor lights over the years, some were good some not so good. I ordered these lights as the reviews seemed reasonable and I would give them a try. All 6 in the pack worked first time after an initial charge with no issues. They are light and quite robust. There is a single hole at the top centre of the light so they can be secured by a single screw. They are sensitive enough to detect motion but not too sensitive that they light up all the time with false triggers - although loose undergrowth close the the lights will trigger them in a breeze. They stay on long enough but not so long that the batteries drain - re-activation by moving again is almost instant. They are quite bright, we have two covering our moderate car parking area for four cars very effectively. I have had these in use now for just over 2 months - during that time we have had some horrific weather - they are all still working as well as the day I put them up - they get a lot of use. I don't normally write reviews but was so impressed with these lights I felt I should share this with others. I should add that I have not been offered any form of incentive to write this reveiw.

These lights take seconds to install (on the upright posts for a garden fence, in my case), put out bright light over a large area and are simply ideal for illuminating my parking space and the walk through the garden to my house. This only puts them to occasional use, so I can’t say how long the batteries will last under frequent use, but they are entirely satisfactory for my purpose, and the sensitivity of the PIR sensors appears to be perfect and doesn’t cause false triggers. EDIT: Just under three years appears to be the answer to the question of “how long the batteries will last under frequent use”, although only 3 of the 12 units I purchased have failed with thew onset of autumn. This won’t stop me from replacing them with the same product.

I bought 6 lights and 2 of them have stopped working they have been in full sun since fitting around 3 months ago they are all along the same fence line in sun all day we have had a bit of sun just lately it could be that the lights have water in them and all 6 lights and sensors have water in them the 2 lights that don’t work I turned off for a week to charge up but they still don’t work so I’m not sure how long it will be before the other 4 lights stop working also the lights come on for a maximum upto 10 seconds sometimes it’s around 5 seconds before they go off then the sensor picks you up again and lights come back on for upto 10 seconds they have been like this since I first got them but I put up with it as you just move and they come back on again I’m not happy with the lights

I've a large garden so I've purchased a few varieties of these types of lights recently but I really love these ones. You get six in the pack and each one comes with a raw plug and screw for fixing. That's all that's required for installation. As these are solar powered there is no need to mess around with wiring or finding a source of mains electricity. As you don't need electricity you're free to put them wherever you like as long as they can get a decent amount of sunlight during the day. As these are small and lightweight I've added them to my fence post running down the garden. They work perfectly and all you need to do is fit them and long press the button, once you've done this when it gets dark and motion is detected they light up and remain lit up for around 15 seconds. They look ace in my garden when I walk past and each one lights up in turn. Really hands for putting the bins out in the dark and great added security against intruders. Really pleased with this product and amazed at the quantity you get for such an affordable price. Excellent product.

Bought pack of 6 and 3 worked after few hours of sun, the other 3 have been in sun for 2 days no and do not appear to be working, like to be fair so will give it a couple more days then if no good will get in touch with supplier. The 3 working lights are very bright saves us putting mains outside light on, motion detection is spot on, only down point is only stay on for approx 12 seconds with no adjustment for this. Overall great product, fingers crossed others work in couple of days.

Utilisation dans une impasse obscure. Après deux ans, pour 12 exemplaires, un ne fonctionne plus, un autre a dû être réparé car l'un des fils à l'intérieur était dessoudé. Pour le reste, a part le PVC sur le dessus du photovoltaïque qui se ternit aux UV et intempéries (un coup de papier de verre très fin et ça repart), le produit fonctionne bien. Un peu de latence pour détecter, un spectre de détection un peu étroit et un temps d'éclairage un peu court pourraient être à améliorer.

Sie haben definitiv meine Erwartungen übertroffen und ich bin froh, sie gekauft zu haben.
